Welcome to My Blue Heaven, located in the premier resort community of Pointe West.. This newly built custom home is waiting for your family's arrival offering the ultimate getaway accommodating up to18 guests. (Please note only 12 amenity wristbands allowed)

Soak up the beautiful coastal views from one of the spacious and relaxing balconies or the outdoor entertainment patio area. Located just two short blocks from one of the best beaches on the island, you will be having fun in the sun within minutes! My Blue Heaven is loaded with plenty of fun extras! Catch the latest game in the game room, equipped with a microwave & beverage center, or on the outdoor TV while relaxing with a drink at the bar or cooking a steak on the charcoal grill. Plenty of onsite parking is available to accommodate your vehicles.

The spacious design of My Blue Heaven offers several areas to come together or spread out and relax while soaking up spectacular coastal views! Get ready for memory making in the welcoming living room or stream your favorite show on the Smart TV as you unwind from a perfect day. You'll be the Top Chef in this fully stocked, gourmet kitchen offering many thoughtful extras such as a Margaritaville margarita maker, air fryer, panini maker, & crockpot. When bedtime calls, you will rest peacefully in one of 4 bedrooms, offering a king bed in the primary, as well as king beds in the secondary and third bedrooms. The 4th bedroom offers fun double sets of queen over queen bunkbeds, 4 in total! Each bedroom features a Smart TV for late-night viewings. There is additionally a queen bed in the upstairs loft. For families with little ones, there is a pack n' play & high chair provided.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m.  
*Please note that this home is accessible by stairs only.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Cancellations 31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refund or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as the Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
