Great location, a few quirks

This house was in a great, private/quiet location with a nice wooden walkway to the beach. It is about 30 minutes from the town of Galveston where most restaurants and grocery stores are. The house fit my family great and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few quirky things about the house that we noticed as well as several appliances that were in need of attention/repair which we notified them of at checkout. In the description it states there are kids kitchen supplies but we never found them. The pictures also show swings on the lower deck but they were not present at the house during our stay. The house did provide what we needed for a great vacation! The upstairs loft provided a good play space for my kids when taking a break from the beach. There is a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs also. We enjoyed our stay! Just a few kinks to work out but nothing big enough to ruin our vacation!

Relaxing beach front family vacation

We took a spur of the moment vacation and were so lucky this property was available! we have 4 kids from 10 months - 17 years old and every single person had a great time! I could sit on the deck and watch my older kids on the beach while the baby waddled around! There are gates at the stairs so I didn’t have to worry about her falling! everything was clean, staff responded to every question i had right away and there was plenty of room for all of us! I hope we’re able to stay again soon!

The house and beach are beautiful! Location is perfect. The beach was clean and not crowded. The house is gorgeous and very accommodating. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I would highly recommend this home and location! We look forward to returning!

Great location

The house has a great layout with plenty of room for our group of adults. Bathrooms are clean and roomy. The location and views are what make this house special though. We sat on both decks multiple times a day and enjoyed the view! Great to be able to walk up, have lunch, and return to the beach!

Beautiful and CLEAN!

We absolutely loved this property. It was immaculate (very hard to pull off at the beach!) and so easy to walk to the beach over the dunes. The beds were super comfortable and the ease to close the shutters allowed us to sleep in late-something much needed on our vacation. Our 4 children loved crab hunting at night on the very clean beach. Don't forget to bring your flashlights! We dug a hole in the sand for a fire and made s’mores at sunset. We will be back! Ps- seriously, this house was SO clean; the cleanest we have ever rented at the beach and we’ve been renting for 20 years. You want to stay here and enjoy the beach. Trust me!
