Welcome to "Seaside Cottage"!

This Cottage, located in the heart of Downtown Galveston, is conveniently located walking distance to the Beach, Pleasure Pier, "The Spot", "Fish Tales", "Float" and many other popular attractions/restaurants!

Built in 1958, this beautifully restored Gulf Coast Cottage has been completely remodeled with the original ship-lap walls and gorgeous wood beam ceilings and floors while providing all the modern amenities needed (including COLD A/C!)!

Leave the car behind— "Seaside Cottage" is just a short walk to the beach, Pleasure Pier, and some of Galveston’s most popular restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy morning strolls along the Seawall, grab a cocktail from one of the local bars, or spend the day at the Beach with the family. A Wagon is also provided to make it a breeze! We also provide Beach Towels, Chairs and a few Beach toys to make your day at the Beach even better!

Golf Cart Rentals are close by too for cruising around the Island!

Enjoy a cup of Coffee in the mornings on the beautiful front Porch or a cocktail in the evenings listening to the Ocean!

This spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottage welcomes up to 6 guests comfortably with an open concept Living Room featuring restored shiplap walls and original wood floors and ceilings throughout that showcase the home’s historic character. Relax with comfortable Love Seat and Chair recliners, extra seating and a Smart TV for Streaming. The large 6-person Dining Table is perfect for family meals or game nights!

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal at home to include a Regular Drip Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of ground coffee, creamer and sugar), Refrigerator, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Oven, etc.! We also provide a Gas BBQ Grill outside for our guests to cook that catch of the day from the Gulf!

Each of the 3 bedrooms are stunning with the home’s original hand-scraped dark wood floors and matching wood ceilings that add warmth, character, and a true sense of Galveston history and offering a timeless, coastal charm.

The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV for Streaming and a large Closet.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and Dresser.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen size Bed, Dresser and Closet.

Hall Bathroom #1 has a large walk-in Shower, double sinks and Toilet.

Hall Bathroom #2 has a large walk- in Shower, Vanity and Toilet.

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard—a private retreat perfect for evening hangouts. Fire up the barbecue grill, gather around the picnic table, or kick back under the stars with a drink in hand in the lounge chairs.

Located off the Kitchen is a separate Laundry Room area with a Washer/Dryer available for guests as well as another seating area perfect for Board/Card Games or extra entertaining! We also provide a few Beach Chairs, Toys, Boogie boards, etc for a fun day at the Beach!

Whether you’re sunbathing at the beach, exploring the historic Strand District, or catching a sunset at Pleasure Pier, this beautifully restored home is your launch pad for unforgettable Galveston memories.
