Billigare än stranden första raden hus, men bara 25 meter längre från stranden med en nästan identisk syn och känsla. Vind- och havsprayen finns där. Den magiska beachy lukten av havet .... Våra rymliga, strandiga bekväma 2: e rad Mexikanska golfen med fullt utrustade kök, fullt utrustat med köksredskap och diskar, en stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare, tre stora sovrum och en jätte studio / lekrum / rum-full-of-4-giant -bunkbäddar med fullt badrum på övervåningen ligger bara 75 meter till stranden på stranden av San Luis Pass Road. Du kan lyssna på vågorna hela natten! Huset har ett stort köksbord och ytterligare bänkskivor så att alla (14 +) kan äta samtidigt. Det har grundläggande kabel, antenn och zippy wifi, fläktar, bra a / c på sommaren och varm toasty uppvärmning på vintern uppe och ner. Stranden är bred, ren och inte upptagen och rätt! Sanden är mjuk och fluffig. Detta är en perfekt få bort plats cirka 13 miles väster om slutet av Seawall. Har också Roku smarta TV: s kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, röklarm och en spridning varm och kall utomhusdusch. Två nya stranddäckar också! Du kommer älska det

overall was good. there so no remote for masterbed room, internet was kept disconnecting, i guess due to wind. need a safety bar in bathroom with shower.something to hold on to. and kept seeing tiny spiders about 4 inside and some outside.

The property manager responded quickly when inquiries were asked, but the house reminded me of a Fraternity House. There was mismatched furniture, towels & sheets with names listed on the tags, unusable pots & pans & the perimeter of the house had not been cleaned. We will look for other options on our next visit.

Great place.

We had a really good time at this place. It has lots of space and is literally 75 ft from the beach. You can walk between the houses in front of you down the path and be on the beach in 3 minutes. Everything was as described. I definitely recommend this place. Mike is a great host.

Fun family vaca

Home was just as described and there was room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Nice thing was there was plenty of hot water for all 8 of us to have nice showers. Good communication with owners before we got there. It was a nice quick walk to the beach which was wonderful. Washer, dishwasher worked great, clothes dryer not so good which was disclosed in communication. . Outdoor shower was a terrific addition! The beach was sandy and the water was wet, just as we hoped for! All in all we would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back! The SUN KISSED FAMILY

Unfortunately the air in the loft was messed up

There were some issues but I contacted the owner and he is willing to make it right. We did stay there despite the ac upstairs not cooling below 76. It was hot. The downstairs ac was great. There was water dripping in one of the bedrooms onto the windowsill which I also informed the owner.

Third Time Stay

We keep returning to this place! We especially enjoy the balcony view and the breezes from the ocean - although it's second row, the ocean is SO close, you have a clear view of the water, you can hear the waves, there's a path to the beach, and it's close to the West End Marina, which has delicious food. That's why we'll be back in about two weeks!

Place was great! Host is attentive and fixed an issue with ac within an hr or so of reporting it. Great location, too. Mike takes care of his people. Check out the crabs on the beach at night if you go.

Nice property, needs more attention

Nice location, spacious and comfortable, not so clean though. We found dead roaches on cabinets and floor upon arrival. The dishes were so dirty we had to wash most of them before using. Found mold on the back of some pillows, which shows they had not been touched or moved for a long time. The towels were also so old and worn out. I understand these are issues that could have be solved pretty easily, had the owner inspected the house quickly before our arrival, and my point is a little more attention on the owner's part will go a long way. On a slightly more serious note, the downstairs AC wouldn't get warm - we put it on 72 and waited for a good 30 minutes before turning it off (the room temperature was 65 at that moment). The heater upstairs got warm almost immediately upon turning on.

Great Getaway for some Beach time!!

Had a great two day stay at this rental in Galveston. Loved that we were so close to the beach, and yet near stores if we ran out of anything. Would definitely recommend this rental, had every appliance and gadget you would need in the kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable Stay with Great Views

### Stay Review We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The large porch with its great view and sound of the gulf/beach was a highlight, complete with plenty of rocking chairs to relax in. The beach itself was fantastic—clean sand, good waves, and decent water quality, though still with that characteristic Galveston brownish hue. The house was well-suited for our larger group, with plenty of beds and three bathrooms. The washer and dryer were very handy during our stay. We appreciated the access to streaming services on the TVs, though the channel selection could be improved, and one of the TV remotes was unfortunately missing. There were a few minor inconveniences: the shower heads were a bit finicky to use, and per the owner’s instructions, the AC couldn't be set lower than 73°F. While this temperature was comfortable during the day, we prefer to sleep in a cooler environment and would have liked to set it to 70°F. We also found a couple of dead cockroaches on the floor, but given that it’s the middle of the summer in Texas, this was somewhat expected. Despite these minor issues, we found it to be a nice property overall and will definitely consider it for future stays.
