The check in process was easy, paid for our parking at the front desk. Found our condo, but the minute we walked in the door, we were slapped in the face with the musty smell of mold. The condo looked exactly as described and was beautiful inside as was the view of the pool and gulf. We did reach out to property mgr after we had been there for a couple of hours as we originally thought it might be the filter but no word until the next day. There wasnt really a solution offered. The smell was so bad that my husband who has a mold allergy had to go to a hotel. The rest of us were able to tolerate it. Unfortunately we didn't feel like the air cleared a bit until we were checking out 2 days later. Also there were no beach towels which were promised but never came. Overall a beautiful but disappointing stay. If you have any mold allergies or respiratory issues, I would not recommend staying here unless this issue was resolved. Had it not been for that, it would have been perfect but that really put a damper on our short stay not to mention the extra money spent for my husband to sleep elsewhere for a night after a miserable first night.
