**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------This beautiful, waterfront home is located in a quiet area of the Bolivar Peninsula. Uniquely situated between the only gulf side boat launch and Fort Travis Seaside Park., it has unobstructed views of the Bolivar Roads Anchorage that makes for great viewing of the ship traffic as they enter the Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Island. This house is located between Fort Travis and the North Jetty there is a small beach between the two but you can not drive to the main beach from this location.
This 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that sleeps 10 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. (regular coffee pot). House has high speed internet and a smart TV in the living room. Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
Outside on the deck, you will fall in love with the views! There is furniture to sit on and enjoy the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee.
There is plenty of room to gather in the shade, under the house, and enjoy the company of family and friends while BBQing on the charcoal grill. This area is great for fishing and/ or relaxing in a quiet area of the peninsula.
Need more room? The house next door, Off the Hook, is also for rent and connected by a walk way on the deck level.
Small dogs (35 pounds and under) are allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

We would stay there again
Overall good. House itself is nice and clean. Good water pressure. Listing states you have to request linens. Its $125 for sheets and towels but you still have to put the sheets on the bed.. toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags not provided. Beach is small but clean and nice. A/C wasn't working at full capacity the first day but management responded immediately and it was fixed within a couple of hours. View is great and there is a small park next to the neighborhood with a historic army bunker. Gave us something extra to do when we were done at the beach. Perfect spot for families with small children.

Loved It!
I loved the location of this property. It's right on the end of the peninsula where one can see all the ships pass by to and from Galveston / Port of Houston. It's also within a few minutes walk of the North Jetty which also has a bate camp. I liked that it's within minutes of the Port Bolivar - Galveston ferry so I could conveniently hop over to the island at will.
The unit was exceptionally clean with a nice kitchen. The huge TV is another plus. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The deck is very large and a great place to lounge and enjoy the weather. I really can't think of a bad thing to say about the property. It seemed to have everything I needed to enjoy my stay yet not over cluttered with stuff.
Swedes management were very nice and quick to respond to requests. I loved this place so much I asked to extend my stay for a couple of days and they facilitated this request within an hour.
I will certainly be renting this property again in the future. I absolutely loved it!

Relaxing Getaway
Aside from the AC issues on the first 24hrs. our stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend this rental for my friends and family. The home was clean, gorgeous, and the views were beautiful. They responded promptly to our AC problem and made a generous offer to adjust our price due to the inconvenience it caused us.
