My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable and clean, the pillows were soft and the condo was adorable and clean as well. We had to buy a small thing of laundry detergent but that was not a big deal at all. It was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes before we left so we didn’t have to when we got back home. The gulf is not far from the condo and the views from the bedroom deck were beautiful. We watched the sun rise every morning and it was perfect. Everything was great and we will for sure be back again in the future!

A fabulous place to stay!

The condo was reasonably close to the beach, was part of a nice community, and was well kept. The unit was tastefully furnished, with most everything you could possibly need, and the management company was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was immaculate and had a nice view. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer was nice to have upstairs. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and it was nice to have all of the storage jars to store leftovers. Be ready for some stairs getting in! Check-in was not easy. We were not aware that we needed to fill out online forms in a digital portal and the property manager could not reach us due to a problem in communication with Expedia. We were eventually let in by the after hours help personnel. We were barraged the next day with texts and threats of fines if we didn’t give more information about our party to the point I thought it was a scam. The communication was difficult and ended up being done mostly on the Expedia app. It was hit or miss if the property manager would respond in a timely way. We had issues with some of the amenities and it was very difficult to get anything done. We requested help for four days and eventually gave up as they could not contact the property owner but tried to “troubleshoot” over the phone. Be prepared to be surprised if you’re going to go through Expedia to book. There is little information on the check-in process and the phone numbers may not be accurate. Availability may be limited after hours. The condo is located near the west side of the island and it was quite a distance to get to a beach area. Overall, the price was worth it for a quiet and pleasant stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Condo had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. It was clean the bed was amazing. The laundry room saved us we had clean clothes from the beach at all times. Nothing to complain about. We will be back for sure!

I will never book with hotels.com again. Very disappointed in the information provided prior to reserving room. Forced to sign a contract and agree to stipulations without being made aware prior to reserving. Unable to cancel, and if did not sign Ryson would cancel the reservation and we would forfeit our money. Hotels.com was no help! Left condo a day early as it was very uncomfortable. Learned my lesson! Traveling with my daughter and two grandchildren for a cheer competition and they were staying further from the convention center. Asked if they could just come to visit just for a short time in between the competition and awards as the condo was close and told they were not allowed to even be on the property. What a disappointment! The unit was two level, extremely small. We never even sat or used the downstairs at all. No tv upstairs so basically only used to sleep and shower.
