* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 

TOP FLOOR - LOCATED NEAR THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB. This spacious 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo (sleeps 11, please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed) is the largest floor plan available in Pointe West. Enjoy both ocean and bay views from your 2 balconies.

With over 1700 sq. feet of living space, our condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Sandy Feet Retreat” has cable TV and high speed wireless internet throughout. This striking third floor condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private shaded balcony.

This condo offers a king in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom will be 2 sets of bunk beds One twin over full and another twin over twin.. There is also a day bed with trundle. (Please note only 9 amenity wristbands allowed). There are 3 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, and fully equipped kitchen. Private electric grill, high chair and pack n play also provided.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
