As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living space adorned with tasteful decor that reflects the serene ambiance of the seaside. Sink into the plush sofa, unwind after a day of exploration, and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, ready to inspire your inner chef. Whip up delicious meals and savor them at the dining table, where you can relish food and conversation with your loved ones.
The bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring a rejuvenating night's sleep. A futon in the living room offers additional sleeping space, guaranteeing everyone a comfortable place to recharge.
Step outside onto your private balcony and breathe in the salty breeze as you bask in the warm sunlight. Sip on your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening, all while soaking in the panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood.
Conveniently located just two blocks from the ocean, this unit offers easy access to the sandy shores and endless recreational activities. Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Perfect for our little family

This is a great location, very close to the beach and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom areas have us enough space to read out a little. Our family, including our dog, was very comfortable and it was easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions for my son who has Down Syndrome. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the fact that the garbage was overflowing and not picked up, therefore, we didn’t have a place to put ours. We also took care of several ants that were in the living room area near the sliding door. Overall, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved every minute.
