This one-of-a-kind compound is designed for modern, comfortable living, featuring stylish coastal decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The property consists of a front house and a back house, connected by a spacious, beautifully lit backyard patio.

Your group will love having two distinct living areas and kitchens, providing double the comfort and convenience.

Dual Living Rooms: The front house features a spacious living area with a pool table and board games, while the back house offers a cozy lounge with a foosball table. Both include comfortable seating and large Smart TVs.

Two Fully Equipped Kitchens: Prepare group meals with ease! Both kitchens boast stainless steel appliances, including gas stoves, cookware, and dishware. You'll also find Keurig coffee stations and children's dinnerware.

Group Dining: Multiple dining tables ensure everyone can sit together for memorable meals.

With five comfortable bedrooms, everyone will have a restful space. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and room-darkening shades.

Front House (Sleeps 12):

Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed and a Full bed.

Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Queen-over-Queen bunk, a Twin trundle, and a Twin-over-Twin bunk.

Back House (Sleeps 7):

Bedroom 4: King bed.

Bedroom 5: Queen bed.

Bathrooms (3.5 Total): The property includes a master en-suite with a stand-up shower, a second full bath with dual vanities and a soaking tub, a third full bath with a huge walk-in shower, and a convenient half-bath. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Safety & Security: The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, outlet covers, and window guards. For security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. A noise monitoring system is installed in the backyard; it only measures decibel levels to ensure neighborhood peace and does not record any conversations.

Important Policy: Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly forbidden and will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Potential Fees: A $150 replacement fee will be charged for lost house keys. Guests are responsible for any damages. Excessive cleaning required after check-out will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Service Animal Policy: Certified service animals are welcome. You must notify us in advance and provide current licensing and vaccination records upon request. The animal must not have a history of aggressive behavior and cannot be left unattended at any time. By booking, you agree to comply with this policy in full.



Thermostat Reminder



Please keep the thermostat fan setting on AUTO at all times.



Changing the fan from AUTO to ON can cause the A/C system to freeze, reduce cooling performance, and lead to maintenance issues. If you need assistance with the temperature, please contact us.
