CANCELLATION POLICY:  100% refund for all cancellations made 30 days or more in advance. Any cancellation after that is non-refundable. In the event a cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability. 

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authoriation. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Charges are not made for minor damages such as broken dishes. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.
