Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo! Plenty of space for the whole family. The interior is tastefully decorated for that tranquil beach setting. This is your happy place. Soak up some rays on this beautiful scenic balcony, dig your toes into the sand, or enjoy a dip in one of the pools. The Victorian is directly across the Seawall from the beach, and has an amazing view of the Gulf! The complex has 2 beautiful pools, and one of them has some water features for the kids.

Outside you can enjoy the beach or one of the community pools complete with loungers and grill area. There is also a full gym on site for your use. Soak up some sun at the beach or pool, or head out and do some fishing, family activities and a wide choice of excellent restaurants! We are sure this beautiful setting will ensure some serious relaxation time!

This is the perfect spot for your whole family. We are close to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, a movie theater, and the beach along with many other Galveston attractions. We are a short drive from The Pleasure Pier and historic downtown Galveston, and we are confident you'll fall in love with all that Galveston Island has to offer! Just bring your beach gear and head down today!

With only a walk outside to the beach, across the street from a Walmart, you won't even need a car during your stay Walking along the Seawall and ending up at Galveston Fishing Pier, a short walk away is an excellent place to throw out some lines, and catch some really amazing fish, maybe even for dinner! If you're looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Jimmy's on the Pier or The Spot, are both great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest the world famous Gaidos opened in 1911.

They are open 7:00am-11:00pm (Monday to Saturday) 7:00am - 10:00pm (Sunday), please arrive prior to closing time to get your gate code.

A facility/parking fee of $35 (covering up to 2 vehicles) will apply for your entire stay of up to 7 days.
For stays longer than 7 days, the fee will double.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
