Nice hotes good location
Staying at the Habour hotel is a very convient location for our business in Galway centrum. We alwayse get a good treatment and the food is exelent in the restaurant.

Harbour hotel
Fint rum med takfönster vilket blev väl varmt eftersom beskrivning för hur man skulle öppna dessa saknades. När städerskan visat oss blev temperaturen mer behaglig. Bra frukost i trevlig miljö.

2 stars too many!
Hotels.com lists it as a 4 star hotel - but take out the lobby and restaurant and it wouldnt be over a 2 star. This felt like a scam with how terrible the the condition of the room was. Staff was excellent though an the breakfast was nice enough. Would not EVER recommend this hotel....

Bra centralt hotell med lugnt läge
Hotellet ligger centralt. Nära till gågatan mitt i centrum (5 min gångväg). Har bra parkeringsmöjligheter för bil till en rimlig kostnad. Rummen var bra städade och vi fick ett ljust stort rum med takfönster. Frukosten var bra. Personalen visade direkt vad man kunde göra och vilka pubar och restauranger som rekommenderas i närheten.

Windy night in Galway
The hotel is ok and within walking distance to the city centre. There was a high wind over Galway during our visit and due to poor craftmanship the wind blew straight into our room. The window was badly fitted and one can only imagined what the room would have been like in the middle of winter. Otherwise the room and hotel was ok even if it felt a bit dated.

Mycket fräscht !
Mycket fräscht hotell i hamnen nära centrum. Biltrafik utanför, då det är en av infarterna till Galway.

Booked a stay for 2 nights. Reservation was made in January for a trip in April. Our booking was prepaid and confirmed by Expedia and several times by the Harbour Hotel prior to our arrival with the most current confirmation just around 2 weeks prior to our scheduled check in. Upon check in we were advised that there was no availability and that the hotel had overbooked themselves. The Harbour Hotel front staff said they tried to contact us through Expedia but were not successful, didn’t try very hard obviously. We were moved to their sister hotel further down the road, appreciative to have a place to sleep but not what we wanted otherwise we would have booked it in the first place. New hotel had a charity event going on and very loud music was playing late night, past midnight. Not ideal….Based only on our situation and experience I would not recommend Harbour Hotel…

The seagulls are on top of the apartments behind the hotel and are very noisy. Half the views in the hotel look at the parking garage and apartments. Not what was expected.

Very nice stay. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, breakfast very good. Only issue were the showers, didn't get very hot, pressure was terrible and very stiff to turn on.

Great location. Very convenient when visiting the Latin Quarter. Overall good experience. Little quirks, such as broken tv and our two family rooms being on different floors, knocked a star off for me.

Hotel was really lovely. It’s a beautiful property and is really confidently located in town. The wifi at the hotel was very weak in the room. The additional breakfast for 13 euros was very good. Continental breakfast and then they can make eggs/sausage/ oatmeal fresh. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend get away in Galway

People were nice. Room was good but small. Clean rooms and overall property. I did find it weird they wanted you to pay for everything up front. There wasn't a room charge option. For example, calling down at night to reserve for breakfast the next morning, they wanted you to come down and pay then, not the next morning at breakfast. Wifi was very spotty. Dropped constantly from my room. Also, one day was a wash because of weather. It was a very boring day killing time. Should have a Netflix option on the TV.

Great hotel James on reception very friendly and polite. Check in hassle free. Rooms very clean food very good in restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only thing the Carpark is quite confusing as there’s a public car park and hotel carpark. I parked in public carpark and was quite expensive even though I was told on departure that it was same price as hotel carpark.

Nice Staff but noise in room very uncomfortable
Staff were extremely friendly and the quality of the food excellent. However, there was a constant noise in the bedroom from either the air conditioning or water system that sounded like the blades of a helicopter (room air conditioning unit was turned off) that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
