God hotel, boring surrounding
Ok hotel, not far to walk into town but rather boring closest surrounding. Great if travelling by car though.

Rummet var stort och helt okej. De hade dock slarvat med städningen. Vi fick inte rena handdukar varje dag. Frukosten var okej, men inte så mycket att välja på. Bra med gratis parkering.

På väg till West Cork genom Galway
Hotellet låg nära huvudled på ena sidan och industrier på andra och granne med bensinmack, lite gamla Scandic hotell stuket. Det är ok för en övernattning när man är på väg, men inte mer.

Fint hotell för bra pris
Fick bo i nyrenoverade rum med stora ytor. Enda som hade kunnat vara bättre var lite mjukare sängar. Badrummet var även fräscht och stort. Services var väldigt hjälpsam och trevliga. En kvarts promenad till centrum, men finns mycket affärer i närheten också.

Massimos service var toppen! God frukost och stora rum. RN lagom promenad till centrum med mindre shoppingcentrum nära hotellet. Enda minuset var att det var ganska lyhört. Både mellan rummen och när det gäller trafiken utanför. Annars superbra!

Stayed for 4 nights. Loved our room. Clean, spacious bathroom. Had a fridge. Close to shopping, 15 minute walk to downtown. Staff allowed us to stow our luggage for a couple of hours after check out as we waited for our transportation. Highly recommend

The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Reception staff were pleasant. I did not like the first room we were assigned. They changed it for me and were nice about it. Breakfast was typical. We did not eat other meals in the hotel. Had to take a taxi to Galway City Centre - too far to walk.

The staff were simply fantastic here. Super helpful. Room was clean, tidy and well-appointed. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Galway - it's close enough to the city centre to walk wherever you want to go, but otherwise there are an abundance of transportation options they have a free, easy-to-access parking deck for hotel guests.

Don’t waste your money on breakfast
The hotel itself is fine. Nice building and decor. Kept clean. Beds comfy, rooms roomy. However for our 3 night stay our room was not serviced. Breakfast a disaster. 3 mornings we had breakfast the one and only coffee machine was out of service several times during breakfast. Either no milk in it or it was self cleaning. People queuing up waiting on the staff member to sort it out. Clearly not a suitable machine for the level of use it gets. Only one service staff member each morning trying to keep food replenished and help guests with queries and fetching items not out in the buffet. Food itself was only mediocre, not enough to go round, constantly had to wait for fresh hot eggs, sausages, bacon etc. I would recommend room only. Evening meals had a nice selection and the 3 meals we had were tasty. Even though more than one server on for evenings, they were still under pressure as not enough of them on. Again nobody senior to help out. The service staff throughout the hotel are very young, teenagers at most. All were extremely friendly and helpful, but always over worked and nobody senior to direct them or help them. On our checkout we were told we owed €30 as we had not paid the full amount on check in (which was paid for by card and cash) The person who checked us in was struggling to figure out how to process the cash and card and clearly got her calculations wrong. The young friendly overworked serving & bar staff are the saving grace for this hotel

Loved the hotel. Spacious and large rooms. Very clean. Excellent staff. Only downside is it is further from the city center than expected, but that is my fault for not noticing. It’s about a 25 min walk to the city center. A taxi is about 10-12 euros and easily available. Seemed safe enough to walk around after dark but preferred taxis.
