“Atmosfären och personalen”

“This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Italy. The owners are amazing, the service is excellent and the staff is extremely kind. I loved this place from the first contact with them and O can not wait to go back. ”

“Everything with the hotel is great, location, personel, breakfeast. BUT, when we checked out we paid our bill as usual, but 2 days later we got another withdraw from our card, so you have charged us double up.... It is clearly some kind of mistake, but i have not heard anything from the hotel about it yet. Either it is a mistake or it is a fraud. Very disturbing.”

“Hotel was excellent, great service from staff. Easy to get to from water taxi and to depart as well. Breakfast was awesome w great selection. Rooms clean and as advertised! Great stay!!!!”

“A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Situated on the Grand Canal within a stone's through of the Rialto Bridge. Beautiful restaurant with seating right on the canal. The food was excellent as well as the choices. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Water taxi's right to the front door of the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition and well appointed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The hotel was well priced in comparison with the others of similar quality on the...

Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. ”
