“The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. ”

“Nice hotel with all facilities and shopping in the same building. Very convenient. I was there for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious and airy on the 13th floor. Large nice bathroom and kettle with coffee and tea as well as bottled water available in the room. The bed was a bit hard I thought. I would love to return. Very helpful people at the front desk. ”
