In the very large 30 m² four-poster bedroom, a French door opens onto a solarium; the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, upright freezer, washing machine, steam iron, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a 600 m² garden, a terrace with a table and chairs, and a sun deck. The first bedroom is located on the same level as the living room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one of which is very large and features a four-poster bed—as well as a bathroom with a toilet. This villa is located in the village, 100 m from downtown, 800 m from the Hérault River, and 45 km from Montpellier. At the river, you can canoe downstream and enjoy a variety of beaches for swimming. There are also small islands where you can go snorkeling, as well as other small beaches with gentle slopes perfect for children. There is a TV that can be connected to the satellite dish that is already installed. If you have a set-top box at home, you can bring it along. This is a region very popular with tourists, thanks to its many natural, tourist, and historical sites. You’re in a region that’s both mountainous—with its rivers—and close to the sea, rich in caves and chasms, offering all kinds of activities related to the sea and the river, as well as numerous riverside restaurants where you can eat for 10€.
