Closest spot to Beaver Mountain, but bring your own food during the ski season as the restaurants are all closed

Nice property
Excellent view, very nice and clean. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, cold enough you couldn’t sit in it. It was very disappointing

Just as described, great location
Perfect for a couple or small family. Very close to the marina with a nice view of the lake! The pool and hot tub are great place to relax when you aren't playing at the lake.

Great place
We have never been to Bear Lake, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the view of the pool and the lake. Pickle ball court’s enhanced the stay also. It was a nice place to stay.

We liked this place
Everything is good; quick communication with the host; good view of the lake; swimming pools; next to the market and marina..... One thing that lazy people might not like is the dumpster location; it was almost a mile away from my place :) but it was good for exercise. LOL; just kidding. We love this place and would stay again.

This was a nice condo but it was noisy - just above hot tub and a big family reunion (?) in the area below us. The condo had a very comfortable double bed, nice bath and kitchen for the 2 of us, good TV, easy access to walking/biking path and marina. I'd stay there again but get away from the noise - perhaps unit 211 or 213 which are on the other end of the building. Cute decor!

Nice condo with a Great view
The condo was nice. The view was beautiful. The pool was great. Everything was as expected. The only recommendation is black out curtains or curtains in general over the bed room windows and the living room window. The sun comes up early!

The property was as pictured and very clean. Great location with fabulous views of Bear Lake. The owner replied quickly on a couple of questions I had upon arrival. One minor thing I would suggest for owner/property manager is to get some new pots and pans. I would stay again or recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. We had a small issue with the hot water but the owner had it fixed in no time at all. The property was quiet. We never heard the neighbors. The view from our deck was wonderful.

Hot tub right outside window.
Got loud one night for quite a while becuase people were using the hot tub! We were there off season. I can't imagine how loud it will be when Bear Lake is in full swing but beautiful view of lake and super cute decor. Neither blind was working

Lovely modern condo
We stayed in March for a ski trip to Beaver Mountain. This condo was really cute and very clean. It has a gorgeous view from both living room and bedroom. We had an issue with the fireplace and the property manager was over in 5 minutes to fix it. We would love to stay here again.

Great location
This property has a great location overlooking beautiful Bear Lake. You can enjoy the sunrise from your balcony. The inside decor is very tastefully done in a nautical theme. Great for 2 people. Stayed 2 nights with my husband on a little side trip back to Salt Lake airport from Jackson Hole. The town is nice and quiet in September. The Lake is absolutely beautiful. So glad we made the detour!

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4. The patio view of the lake was breath taking and also conveniently over the pool. Beds we comfortable and everything was clean and nice. We hope to stay again in the future.

As advertised. Be sure to test locking the door as I leave each time. You don't need the code to lock which we used and did it wrong. Just hitblock. Smoke alarm in kitchen is senstlitve, ask my wife 😀. But ya, nice place and good views of lake and pool b many units could not see the lake and this one does. So if you are looking for a lake view this is a good choice.

Great place
Property manager was very responsive. This is a great little condo. The pool is heated enough to swim even when it was cold outside. The hot tub was too hot for my preference though. The kitchen is stocked with most basic dishes. If you plan to cook though, the only food basics that were there was salt and pepper. The only thing that needs improvement is signage. When we arrived we didn’t know where to go or how to find our room.

The condo unit itself was pretty clean and updated. The pool was nice, and the location to the lake and Garden City was great. The main issue is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable. It is clearly a spring bed and the bed frame is also rickety and loud. Slept there for 4 nights and my wife and I slept terribly each night. If they put a good bed frame and mattress in the condo it would be so much better.

We were super impressed by how open and clean it felt. The view from the living room was amazing. The room there and the patio over saw the lake and also had a grill which was super convenient. The atmosphere and proximity to the amenities such as the pool, hot tub and short drive to the lake were superb. If there were any recommendations I could make it would be improvement on the mattress and bringing your own pillows.

Building complex was nice enough but hard to navigate. The room was adequate but the A/C was not strong enough to cool the bedroom. The view was nice and it was close to the state park. The kitchen was furnished in an ad hoc manner. Not much attention to detail but it worked.

Great value with a great view!
Me and my wife went on our honeymoon here, perfect for a new couple! Just enough space to feel separated from the world but close to a lot of the great things in garden city, plus an awesome view! Unit was clean and mostly well taken care.

Too small air conditioner with sign telling guests not to program below 75-no fan or anything in bedroom so too warm to sleep comfortably-instructional signs everywhere (take sheets off and leave in pile by door. Leave towels in separate pile take all trash out )did not feel welcoming and for the price was ridiculous to be my own cleaning staff. Will not go back
