“The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. “The room was pretty basic, TV, kettle tea coffe milk & sugar and a bed. The room although cleaned every 3 days looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Would have liked some form of comfy chair instead of a stool. But overall was adequate to meet my needs. Parking is free and ample. The down side if you don't have car your a bit out of the way.”
“Hubby and I stayed for 1 night when attending a nearby function. We were both really impressed with this hotel. Doesn't look like much from the outside, basically a big industrial shed. However, the way it's been set up is really clever and charming. We didn't realise check in closed at 5pm, and the receptionist was just closing up when we arrived at 5:05pm, but took the time to welcome us personally even though we'd been sent the after hours instructions.
