UTRYCKET HAVEN / BERGSIKTEN vid Yellowstone

Trout Haven / Mountain View vid Yellowstone är fristående med ett fluefiske-tema, elektrisk spis i vardagsrummet, stort matbord med plats för 6. En av de enda stugorna med en king size-säng och 2 drottningar, skarpa sängkläder, handdukar, en SMART TV (måste ha dina egna åtkomstkoder för Netflix och liknande). WIFI-åtkomst, ett komplett fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, sortiment, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kaffebryggare, kaffe och te, kryddor, en utomhusgasgrill och en underbar täckt uteplats för avkoppling efter en dag med fiske, vandring, ridning ridning eller forsränning på Yellowstone River. Restauranger och lokal shopping ligger inom tio minuters köravstånd och Chico Hot Springs Spa & fin restaurang ligger en halvtimme bort. Den nya Yellowstone Hot Springs är planerad att öppna i början av 2019 och ligger bara 4 miles från stugan.

Denna Yellowstone-stuga är en härlig plats att navigera efter din semester i Yellowstone National Park, och du kan till och med promenera till parken direkt från vår uppfart, bara 300 meter bort. Njut av en grill på uteplatsen, en marshmallow stekt vid eldstaden eller en avkopplande promenad ner på vår landsväg, bort från stadens ljud.

Nästan 48 mil till Livingston och 1 1/2 timme från Bozeman flygplats är platsen bekvämt men ändå mycket privat. Om du behöver ytterligare utrymme har vi även andra semesterbostäder på samma fastighet - släpp bara en anteckning eller ett snabbt samtal. In the evening when this photo was taken, the canyon takes on a soft, almost painterly light. If you can, make a visit right after sunrise and return for the sunset.

  • We visited this location but ideally needed to be there in the afternoon as the sun was on the "wrong" side of the arch. I used a wide lens to capture the arch and didn't attempt to correct the distortion as I felt it added to the picture (for me anyway). It took a long time to get this without hoardes of people in the shot.

We had a great time at the Trout Haven Cabin. Woke up to Elk in the yard, and were often greeted by Big Horn Sheep, Pronghorn, and Elk on the road to/from the cabin. Even saw a coyote one night. Husband loved that he could walk to fish on the river. Easy access to the North part of Yellowstone.Cabin is well appointed and comfortable, everything we could need! Will definitely book again if we come back to this area.

Our family loved the location of this property. It was very close to the Gardiner entrance to the park and we loved the views from the cabin. The road getting there isn’t paved but we got used to it and it’s a short drive. It was clean and cozy. It was nice and quiet other than the sound of the elk which we enjoyed. I would recommend staying here.

We loved this property! Located just a few minutes away from the Roosevelt Arch, and off a dirt road from which we viewed multiple herds of elk and pronghorn every time we drove down it. Especially loved the day when the herd moved onto the actual property itself and we were able to view the elk from our windows. This is a quick 15 minute drive from Gardiner. Beds were very comfortable, all necessary pots/pans and amenities available for cooking. Quiet and comfortable despite having other cabins nearby. Recommend Wild West Rafting for white water rafting on the Yellowstone River, which flows next to the property. Note that garbage needs to be disposed of off of the property, so add a few minutes on to your time if leaving to fly out in the morning. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable with a view

This home was well described and very comfortable. It was extremely clean, and well organized. You can tell that this is important to the owner. Great views of the mountains - you almost feel like you are in the park!The only minor inconvenience is having to take the trash off site.The grocery store is about 20 minutes down the road, and there is an incredibly good BBQ permanent “food truck” in Gardiner. We picked up brisket here twice on the way out of the park before heading back to the house. Yum!

Views are Perfection!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of five! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a luxury and made getting ready each day a breeze. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus and so convenient during our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, whether we were lounging together in the living area, cooking meals, or enjoying dinner as a family.But what truly stole the show were the views—absolutely breathtaking from every window! We found ourselves constantly pausing to take it all in. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we honestly didn’t want to leave. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Great cabin with amazing views

This was a fantastic place to stay during our trip to Yellowstone. The cabin was clean and modern and comfortable and about 10 mins from the Yellowstone arch. The location and views were absolutely amazing.

Perfect location

The trout haven is in a perfect location to enjoy your Yellowstone vacation. The drive in is a little gravelly but well worth it. The house was fully stocked and had the best views! The beds were comfy and had plenty room for our family of 5 adults. Grocery store in town had all you need to stock up for lunches in the park and dinner at night. I cannot recommend this house enough. We can’t wait to get back

Nice clean cabin with beautiful views!!

We will definitely remember this cabin and recommend it to others. Very convenient to Yellowstone, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the elk and mule deer right outside. What a beautiful view of the mountains through the cabin's huge picture windows. We enjoyed grilling one evening and sitting on the patio in the fresh air. Cabin was very clean. Owner very pleasant to deal with and easy check in and out.

Home away from home

Tammy has the cabin so cozy that you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. The cabin was clean and had almost anything you needed for day to day tasks. The views from the front window was breathtaking…..nothing like waking up and having your morning coffee looking out on the snowcapped mountains and elk running along the range!

Fantastic property!

This place is fantastic! Convenient to Gardiner but nicely tucked away in serene mountainside. Beds and pillows comfortable, very clean and spacious, and the view along with seeing plenty of Elk made the stay that much more memorable. We will stay again. Thanx!!

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time. Everything went smooth with our check in and travel. The cabin had everything we needed and more. I will say it helped having the wifi information for when we got there so we could use our phones etc as cell service was limited in that area. The location was perfect, we had a quick drive to get into Gardiner and North Entrance. The view was amazing and we will be back!

Close to Yellowstone

I was surprised to pull in and see the cabins so close together, I wasn’t expecting that. Despite the close proximity of all the cabins, it was a quiet and peaceful area. The road going to the cabin was rough, just a steady washboard both ways. The cabin was clean and in a great location for visiting Yellowstone! The kitchen had everything for preparing meals and it was nice having access to a washer and dryer. The owner was always prompt to respond to any questions/concerns I had.

Great little place

Quiet, very clean, had the basic essentials for cooking, which was always nice as in oil, salt, pepper, coffee. Very much appreciated that. I had a couple questions and the host messaged me back very promptly. and was very informative on her answers. We enjoyed the place. Great views. One thing I would say was there is no cell service so make sure you screenshot to your check in instructions before you get there. That was one thing I did not do..
