âVisiting our son at university in Boiling Springs.We appreciated especially the indoor pool, which was nice and we'll kept. Staff was also very nice.
We were three in our two queensberry bed room,which was OK.â
âWas not pleased we couldnât check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable! â
âTruly an exceptional place to stay. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Welcoming environment with homemade cookies and snacks upon arrival. What's not to love? We will definitely be backâ
ârummet var vĂ€ldigt fint med stort badrum, stort rum med soffa och en vĂ€ldigt skön sĂ€ng (king size). Personalen var vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsam och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Frukosten var ok, det fanns en del att vĂ€lja mellan men svensk frukost slĂ„r ju allt.

âWe enjoyed our stay, were pleasantly surprised the hotel looked brand new! Our room was great, location and amenities were ok. The only downsize was the road noise, maybe if we had a room on the other side of the building it would have been better. Overall, we would stay here again, recommended it for sure.â
âHelpful desk people managed an issue with Expedia in a friendly way. Nice pool nice room good bed and pillows. Excellent for the price highly recommend. â
âThis property was horrible. There was no smoke detector in my room. When asked they said " its a nonsmoking room" the celing was leaking on the bed, when mentioned they said"we can move your bed over" the 2 tvs did not work. The phone that was pluged in to call office did not work. It was very dirty/dusty and i found 2 cigarette butts behind the nightstand when i checked to plug phone in I would not recommended this motel to anyone. â
