The villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, American coffee machine, and toaster. The living area includes a service bathroom with sink, bidet, and toilet.

On the ground floor, there is also the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, desk, spacious wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The upper floor offers a second double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The third bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Through a connecting door, it gives access to a spacious additional bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if needed and wardrobes — ideal for families with children. These two bedrooms share an additional bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



The villa’s private outdoor area offers maximum comfort for relaxing summer moments: a large private pool and a 6,000-square-meter park with flowers and various plants, as well as a barbecue. Guests can also enjoy meals under the gazebo equipped with a dining table.



The private pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request at an extra cost of €10 per night.

A covered garage is available within the property.



Upon arrival or a few days before, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Self check-in is available: all necessary instructions will be sent a few days before arrival to access the property independently.
