“Pros:
The staff was fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained.
There is also a small store for extras like drinks and pain meds.
The hotel is also walking distance to several restaurants.
Cons:
Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because the beds are extremely firm.
Breakfast is not included. For the cost of the room, it was very disappointing to then have to pay for breakfast. The breakfast menu was really good, it was just disappointing having to pay $10+ more per...

“Stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Richardson for my Son's HS Graduation. The majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful during my stay. Hotel was clean and has a nice vibe appeal to it, but some staff and amenities were a 1 star. Experiences of my stay.

“We loved the house! Plenty of room for everyone and four bathrooms was great. We did have a problem getting into the house but the host was very responsive and got us in quickly (just a problem with the code). The only issue we had was we could not get the TVs to work. We were able to pair one with our iPad but only for a few hours and then that stopped working as well.”
