“Good service overall”

“We had a lovely, spacious, room with jaccuzzi and fireplace at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was very good, definitely a notch above what we are seeing in competing hotels in North America. It was very conveniently located to where we needed to be, Bowmanville. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.”

“Location was very good near to highway 401 staff was very good but the room was not good after closed all the curtains to much light was coming in the room and bed was very old and not comfortable we couldn't sleep even 3 hours on that bed”

“Great spot to stay. We originally booked because we thought there was a restaurant onsite but it was still a beautifully maintained property. We saw some swans in the river close by and were able to take a 5 min uber to a great restaurant. The staff was very friendly with easy check in and check out process. Will be staying again!”

“I have stayed at this hotels various times before, and have always been very happy with my choice. The rooms a spacious, clean, good space to work, modern. Breakfast is excellent, and it is close to many restaurants in the area. Free parking. It fills my requirements, and more!”

“Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again.”

“For the price this is a great deal. Location wise not so much. But still relatively close to a lot of things. One thing is the room was cold and we never figured out how to make it warm. Overall nice hotel”
