“The property is pretty modern for the area. The hotel is relatively small, owned by a super kind famliy- they're very sweet and generous. The room is well equipped and clean, basic toiletries and towels are provided, and there's an AC, tv, mini fridge, and kettle. It also has a small balconey overlooking the garden. There are beehives and an api house. The place also has a gift shop where the family sells homemade stuff which include honey wine, soaps, candles, perfumes, and creams. The location...

“My parents stayed there. They like it.”

“Plenty of parking of parking opportunities at the hotel which is inside a gated business park which is guarded by polite and professional security guards around the clock. This also makes for the surroundings being pleasently quiet as there's basically no traffic. I got upgraded to a suite which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside really is that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast. This can however be remedied by either a...

“Very clean, modern, with all things needed in the room. And extra plus that the cleaning in the morning doesn’t start early, so u can sleep without being disturbed. Very good price for a perfect stay! ”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they could communicate in English, which was a big advantage in Armenia, where it's often difficult to find people who speak English. They also accommodated our early check-in request, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The location was another highlight. Yerevan's main attractions...
