“A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you.”

“Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up”

“Once we rang the phone number on the entrance door the owner came and checked us in and was friendly the location was good to get around The bathroom had been refurbished so was nice We stayed in room 8 a twin room Be careful of what you need from your stay as no bar or restaurant was open Breakfast left in your room to eat but nowhere to sit and eat it The fridge was old and dirty ( I have pictures) collected dirty water in a tray over night as freezer compartment were broken (photo)...

“We booked about a year in advance as we wanted to be in the area for our son’s wedding the next day. We paid top price but didn’t get a top hotel! Our bath panel had been severely damaged by water and whilst the aircon cooling worked well it was like having a tractor in the room! “Nice hotel in quiet location with lovely outside area. One member of hotel staff unhelpful when we advised that the WiFi was unavailable. Good evening meal, breakfast offered a reasonable choice but cooked option wasn’t great. Good hotel for the money though.”

“Overall the hotel was nice with a comfortable room and’s beds and great shower! We could have used a mini fridge but there were none. The lack of AC was a challenge as we stated in July and the temp was quite hotel at night, even with the windows open. No fans available either. The staff was very nice and kindly let is check out later which was really helpful.”

“Lovely warm room with comfy bed and immaculately clean linen. Tea, coffee and chocolate available together with biscuits. Bathroom spotless with minuature shower gels etc. Loads of breakfast choices with the cooked items cooked to perfection. Hosts very friendly. A five star experience.”

“Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge. Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.”
