You will be overlooking the Bay of Saint Tropez with a fantastic panorama view over the coastline and the vineyards. Living space of approx. 250m² was recently completely renovated and refurbished. Covered parking for 2 cars. Fully furnished and fully equipped.

One of few villas around that can offer such a magnificent view. It stretches from the Gassin's vineyards alongside the coastline up to the lighthouses in Cannes. The house enjoys an elevated position on top of the Bertaud hill with south sun during the day and sun set view over the Massif des Mauers mountains in the evening.
This villa used to be occupied by one of the greatest figures of cinema and saw some mythical personalities. It was also owned by the French world-famous sailor and his wife French well known actress.
