We were picked up at the airport at 3 a.m. after a very long red eye flight and were greeted by a super friendly young lady that made us feel very welcome and who put a smile on our faces. All of the staff at this hotel have really gone the extra mile in delivering excellent service and we can highly recommend staying here to any and all who come to Nairobi.â
âReally nice staff but the location is not that good with a terrible road to get there. The ved was very worn and you could here everything going on in the rest of the house. This is more like a homestay then a hotel.â
âNice place, good price, nicely furnished. People were very helpful. Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. Miscommunication, not the end of the world. Good location to the airport.â

âThe property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open
And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!â
âBooked one night and I probably wouldâve canceled the next day if I had booked longer. I couldnât even bring myself to sleep on the bed and the WiFi did not work. If possible, I would consider investing some more resources into making the space more conducive, even if it means charging a little more per night.â
âThe property does not exist. It is not located where it is said to be and no one had ever heard about it. Can Orbitz look into this property? The number I called said they know nothing about any of this and when I called again they blocked me.â

This place has no contact on their web and no clear sign showing where it is if it is there! My lyft driver and I when to the location on the map only to make circles. We even ask and nobody seem to know anything about it. We headed back to the airport where I spend the night sitting down.â
