“I got a room specifically for the large bathtub with water jets. The tub was dirty with stains (ring around the tub) and the water jets barely worked. The room above me had children that were stomping and running. I waited until 10 pm and called the front desk about the noise. The noise stopped for an hour and started back up. The running and stomping on the floor continued until about 2 am. The air-condition was not working correctly. It wasn't cooling very well. The refrigerator would not get...

“No pool no breakfast like they say no good”

“Overall nice room but no Hot water from the sink + it was leaking behind the fixture. Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went.”
