“The Don Club met all of my expectations, set on a quiet street close to tourist areas and fun neighbourhoods. I appreciate the philosophy, rooms are comfortable but the owners want you to go off a see the city. And bonus, fantastic small plate restaurant next door and excellent Italian restaurant right across the street. ”

“Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa.”

“ Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that...

“The room decor was so fun! Nostalgic, but modern! Bathroom is new and clean - lovely toiletries provided. It has been so long since I've seen an in-room mini bar and snacks (for a fee) - awesome. Also complementary tea and coffee available. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”
