Super cute and in walking distance.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo is super cute and cozy . It is obvious that Laurie cares about her properties. There was a special wedding gift and it was so thoughtful. We were in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, so we never had to pay for parking. The condo building is quite so we were able to sleep pretty well. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't ready, but honestly it was too cold. And they had it cleaned by the time we checked out. We would definitely stay in one of the properties by Distinctive Getaways again.

Incredible find
We were surprised by not only the location to almost everything, but also by how wonderful the unit was. Very clean and the decor was great. Check-in was all done via email/text communication with host. We definitely recommend staying here. We did not like the *(complimentary) bogo tickets via the service pushed in emails received and via advertisement on the room (QR CODE). The service rep we contacted was very difficult to understand and despite asking her to repeat herself several times we did not purchase tickets. with the BOGO offer. We ended up getting the same deal via coupons online without having to give up our credit card info over the phone. Overall the unit was incredible and we would stay here again.

We loved everything about this place except for the bed. The mattress was sinking in the middle. Needs a new one. But i will say the lady we rented from was amazing . Best we ever had . We will use her again . Loved how clean it was and the location. Wish the hot tub was open .

Peaceful Solo Vacation
This property was perfect for a week away by myself. The location is excellent, convenient but also off the main road. I am so grateful for the ease and comfort provided. Getting the free tickets was a great perk as well, and a super easy process! Thank you!

Great location!

Hiking, bear and beer…oh my!
The location was perfect. Condo had everything we needed. Left by 7 one morning. We saw a bear on the side of the road on the Roaring Forks auto trail. Made our day! Live music at Ole Reds was great.

Cute Getaway
Everything 5/5 except bed. Some may enjoy that it is so soft and full of air the sheets balloon up when you sit. Felt like I couldn’t roll over in my sleep, had to wake up, stand up, turn the other direction, and lay back down. Otherwise, everything was excellent and thoughtful.

Thanks for the review and i have to tell you i have 8 rentals and use these make of sheets in all of them. I am so sorry you did not like them i wish you would have let us know and we would have brought you another set or purchased a different brand and brought them to you. The property was clean and close to walking distance to everything. The bed is a tad uncomfortable but still nice. I do wish the chairs around the table had backs on the seats but it was clean and comfortable

I am sorry you found the bed uncomfortable. We have 7 properties in the mountains and use that style mattress in all of them. I even use it my personal home. We had tried a thinner mattress style for a month last year but changed it back to this one due to our repeat liking the thickness of this one better.

Great location and Condo
This property is a great location to the main strip. You can easily walk to the strip in just a few minutes. Since the condo complex is off the strip it is very quiet. So you get the convenience of staying downtown but also a quiet atmosphere. The condo is very clean and perfect for two or a young family. We will definitely be staying here again. One of our favorite stays to date!

Great stay in the middle of everything!
The condo was close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and everything you can think of. It also had a great view from the balcony. The rooms were clean and the Internet was fast. Would recommend!

Wonderful
The condo was so cozy and was perfect for the two of us. The location is awesome and close to everything we wanted. And the decorations for Halloween were adorable. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION
The condo was very clean and just like it was stated on the web site. Could walk to everything even saw a couple Bears walking done the street one came through the parking lot. Laurie communicated everything very well.

August 2022 Trip
My husband and I stayed at this property for the first time and absolutely loved it. So close to everything. We drove in early and were allowed to park at the condo and explore. We loved that aspect of not having to plan everything out. We went hiking and were able to make a quick trip back to change and be able to grab something to eat. Everything is very convenient. The condo is so cute and perfect for us. Loved the decorations throughout. We will definitely be coming back...already planning our trip for November.

Perfect location !
This place is in a great location, just far enough away from the busy touristy street, but close enough to easily walk to all the shops! I spent 3 days hiking in the smokies, the location was also perfect as it was a short drive to many of the popular hikes. The upgrades & decor are fabulous. Great communication from Host. Highly recommend !

I enjoyed the property where I stayed and the cleanliness of the condo. To me it was in walking distance to everything that I wanted to do. I never had to drive my car anywhere. I walked the whole time or caught the sky tram or lifts going up the mountain. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

This condo is a fantastic place to stay during a trip to Gatlinburg. It is exactly as advertised. So clean and cozy! We had plenty of room for our family of four. Quiet and peaceful
We were very satisfied with this property. It was the perfect setting and the decor was tastefully done. It was the perfect location for walking to where we wanted to go and peaceful and quiet when leaving the downtown hustle and bustle. Our host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.
