Reviewer Comments: The mountain view is simply amazing Heavenly Heights is a beautiful and well maintained cabin everything nice and clean I do subject from a Executive Housekeeper point to wash all bedding after each guest some of the throws weren't fresh overall I give it 4 stars

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 9 adults and 4 children all under the age of 5. Plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect and the view was everything I hoped for. It was less than a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions in town. However, the cabin feels like you are the only ones on the mountain. We saw several black bears around the cabin, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.

This mountain property is wonderful, very spacious with wonderful views. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. We even had a few bear sightings. Would highly recommend this property for a larger family vacation!

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

The grill was out of propane though and we had some issues with a few of the toilets. Also we could never figure out where the thermostat was for the bottom floor so it was really cold down there. We couldn't get the projector to stay on or the ice machine. But overall everyone had a great time we made smores and hot dogs on fire pit.

Heavenly Heights

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

The house setup was perfect for us with the living space on the middle floor and plenty of room for everyone on each floor. Location was great as well, not too far out of downtown Gatlinburg.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were breathtaking, the cabin was clean inside and out. They even had it decorated for Christmas. The provided every cook utensil needed. The only thing I would recommend is more lighting as you’re coming up into the driveway at night. I suggest the cleaning crew to get the dead ladybugs up before guest comes and dust for the spiderwebs. Other than that the stay was a 10/10!

The outside fire pit we loved but I would suggest a walkway to it since you had to walk down a hill to avoid accidents.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully laid out and very clean. Multiple king suites with private bathrooms made it perfect for our family Girls Trip! The view alone is worth the trip. The only negative thing was that the oven locked door function was malfunctioning, but I called maintenance and they arrived within the hour to fix it. DJ was extremely personable and professional. He even gave us some tips on where to check out during our stay in Gaitlinburg.

The cabin was in good order, but you can tell it has had a lot of stays and is beginning to show a little wear. Wifi was very slow, so if you're planning on doing some work while on vacation, just go enjoy the scenery instead. We didn't use the gas grill, but the grill (as well as the deck) could use a serious cleaning. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!!

The cabin is beautiful, decorated for Christmas and in a spectacular setting in the Smoky Mountains. Coming from 4 different states, we enjoyed being in the relaxing atmosphere and simply spending quality family time. Having the 5 bedroom/5 bath was very nice, along with 2 common areas, there was enough space to share or have alone time. There were a few minor details that indicate the property has been a long term rental and could be improved upon. The rental process, check in and check out processes were very easy. The staff was very professional. We would rent again from Elk Springs, and refer friends to rent here as well.

There is a local bear we named Yogi that will get in your vehicle if you don’t keep the locked. He got in all three of ours. No damage was done. We saw him in the yard on three occasions. Be aware the cleaning crew cleans the cabin out of anything left behind. So there is no salt, pepper or seasonings of any kind. There was also no extra paper towels or toilet paper. There are plenty of utensils and cookwares and dishes. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, loved that it could house all of our group, porch with the view was amazing, games and bunk beds downstairs were perfect for the kids. Kitchen big enough for lots to help! Drawbacks... we couldn’t temperature regulate the downstairs. It was ICE cold. The cookware was very old and worn and not clean (bring your own non stick skillets and pots would be my suggestion). Maintenance was very quick to come out when projector wasn’t working, but they were rude. Would recommend and would stay here again.
