It's like walking into a well decorated mountain hug. The pool, hot tub and multiple decks were amazing. The showers top tier and the comfort of the bed felt like home. Luxury and comfort rolled into one. Definitely returning. Oh and I named the elk in the great room Harold...say hi 👋 ☺️!

Between the pool, hot tub, games, theater room there were hours of entertainment while being a short drive to the heart of Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we plan on using Elk Springs resort for another upcoming trip.

Such a beautiful property! I could write all day about how great this place is so rather than do that I’ll point out the tiny things that need improvement. A loose floor tile in the bathroom and the waterfall didn’t seem to work in the pool. Everything else A+

From the moment that I booked our rental, they were highly responsive and sent great information. During our stay, the team sent us texts to let us know they were there if we needed them. We loved the was beautiful!! The place was very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and everything was in working order. They definitely delivered on their promises! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked a smaller cabin but found that it was a bit too small for our party and requested to move to a bigger one. Elk Springs was quick to accommodate our request and found us the Big Sky Lodge. The cabin is large, luxurious and full of amenities. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay there and any and every issue or situation that I had, the staff/maintenance addressed and resolved very quickly. I would definitely book a cabin from Elk Springs again and would highly recommend this property to my friends and family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin had everything we needed and some! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, despite the water sealing through to the basement floor. It appears that maybe the cabin had been sitting for a while as it had cobwebs all throughout, every where and before we would settle in we had to clean up the place. There were under wear from last tenant underneath my bed, the linens, comforters were not fresh and refrigerator leaked. Large ants, knats and flies also live here. After a good deep cleaning this place has everything you need! Good luck 🤗

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a beautiful place, but definitely needs a good scrubbing. Maintenance wise the tub’s gasket wouldn’t seal, the toilet upstairs would barely flush, the theater room has something very sticky spilled on the floor and it had a very bad odor. Dishes that were on the shelves needed to be washed before using. The dvd in the living room was missing the remote so it was unable to be used. However the management was very prompt in addressing these things. A good housekeeper would have been able to address most of these issues before renting out to customers.
