Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool had ick floating in it, the hot tub overflowed into the pool, pool area and back deck downstairs every time you got in it. The cabin, while generally clean, is in need of a Real cleaning as there are cobwebs in every window and general grime along all the baseboards. The kitchen Might have the supplies needed for cooking, but the vast majority are in the back end of the corner cabinet that would require a 6-year-old in size to reach anything. It is definitely not somewhere we will look to return to

We stayed for 6 nights and wish we could've stayed longer, but our kids were waiting at home. :)It could have used a few updates (removing the carpets, the pool bathroom area) but even without that, we would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time our whole stay, but the refrigerator wouldn't get cold and our ice cream melted because the freezer wouldn't get cold enough as well. Also we payed alot extra for the pool that didn't warm up at all so we got in once but the water was just too cold for the weather.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and the first day the pool had flooded which definitely an inconvenience having to deal with people coming in and out to fix it however the staff was amazing! And they did credit us back some money for the inconvenience. Everyone was very pleasant which helped the whole situation. The place it’s self is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed our stay so much you couldn’t ask for a better place to visit we will definitely be back!
