Our floorplan is great for families and couples alike, and consists of
2 spacious bedrooms: 1 King (on the main floor), 1 Queen (LOFT upstairs) + Queen Size Sleeper Sofa (in the living room)
2 full bathrooms: shower/tub combo downstairs, jacuzzi tub upstairs
2 Beautiful Decks, one on the main floor, one upstairs.

The cabin is close to both Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and to beloved Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, museums, downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Hollywood Star Cars Museum, Ole Smoky Moonshine, Pigeon Forge, The Island, the Comedy Barn, Dollywood, Titanic Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and much more is waiting for you!

On the main floor, there is a nice bedroom with comfortable king size bed, cozy, inviting living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, and with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, full size bathroom, a deck, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Upstairs, there is a LOFT with one queen size comfortable bed, one full size bathroom, and another inviting deck, with nice wooden swing. True log furniture in both bedrooms! The decks on both levels are super relaxing, surrounded by trees, visible through large windows, thus giving you the impression of being in your very own tree house. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and it is fully stocked with everything you may need. Let's not forget a very inviting and comfortable bubbling HOT TUB on the lower deck, where you can relax after a long day of hiking and having fun! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place! Pack your bag, because this beautiful cabin is waiting to help you make some wonderful memories in Gatlinburg!

Miscellaneous:
The cabin is full access and use of the property with the exception of the Owner’s
closet in the bedroom on the main floor. This is for storage of sheets,
comforters, towels, dishware, paper goods, flashlights, soaps, etc. that we keep to
for the next guests, holidays or as back up.

Hot Tub: Because we drain the water with the departure of every guest and refill
the hot tub after sanitizing it, it may take several hours to reach the optimal temperature after your check-in. The temperature is kept at 102 degrees. However, you may lower it to fit your preferences.

Security Cameras: For safety and security reasons only, and for your own protection, there are 2 (two) Ring cameras on the property, both facing OUTSIDE: one camera is installed above the front entrance, facing away from the house, towards the driveway and parking. The second one is installed outside on the left side of the house (if you are facing the house), overlooking the crawl space entrance, which is on the side of the house. The crawl space is kept unlocked, and that area has the main systems of the house. such as the electric box and hot water heater.

Pets: We love pets, but do not allow them in the cabin. We are right on the edge of the National Park, full of wildlife. We do not have a way of knowing whether someone in our area may be using a wildlife repellent of some sort, and while they are usually totally harmless to humans, we cannot guarantee the safety of your pet and how it may affect them. Also, since there are many black bears in this entire area, and we get fury visitors, it may make it unsafe to walk your animal around the cabin, as they may unintentionally provoke it.

Smoking: Smoking and Vaping of any kind are NOT allowed. If you need to smoke, please do so outside ONLY, and don't throw cigarette butts on the ground, especially if they are not extinguished!

AC: You are welcome to adjust AC/Heat per your preferences. However, we ask that you please do not lower AC below 69 degrees, as it can cause the coils to freeze and for the AC to become unusable. Then, it may take 2-3 days to fix it, especially during high season. Also, please make sure that all doors and windows are shut if the AC is running. This also stands for the heat and the fireplace.

There are quite a few black bears in Gatlinburg and the surrounding area. Several bears frequent our area, searching for food. Please be aware, and do not approach or try to bother or feed a bear if you see one, as the consequences could be deadly. Remember, they are wild animals with huge teeth and claws (you get the idea). Keep your distance. Lock your car at all times, as some hungry bears have been known to get into the vehicles searching for garbage and leftover food ( yes, they know how to open the car doors with ease)! Also, please do not throw garbage anywhere except in the garbage cans inside, or in the bearproof large bins on the desk on the main floor. Make sure the garbage is safely secured in a bag and tied firmly. Do not leave any garbage outside at any time, or in your car! There are also a few raccoons, who may climb on the deck at night, looking for food. They are usually quite timid and will quickly run away if they see you. Please note that if you are celebrating a special occasion and would like to surprise your loved one, we have a trusted person, who will decorate, buy flowers, cake, rose petals, presents and/or whatever you decide, and set the cabin up per your instructions! Some guests just mail her the things that they would like for their loved ones, and she brings them to the cabin and decorates prior to their arrival.
