Step inside the main level of the home to a bright and airy open-concept living space that features a wall of windows that perfectly frames the mountain views. Watch the Ober Mountain tram ascend and descend every 20 minutes from the comfort of your own living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group, featuring colorful geometric tiles and beautiful stone countertops. It also has a Keurig combo (take filters/grounds and/or K-cups) for the coffee connoisseur. With a bar that seats four and a large dining table, there's plenty of seating for everyone.



There’s a cozy area under the stairs provided for your furry friend, complete with a large dog bed and food/water bowls. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, with a comfortable sectional sofa and an electric fireplace that adds to the cozy ambiance, along with a large Smart TV. There's one main-level bedroom with custom built-in bunk beds that sleep two. It has an entire wall of windows that makes the room feel more like a treehouse, along with a large Smart TV. The full main-level bathroom design ties in beautifully with the kitchen tile work.



Step outside to the large main-level deck and enjoy a meal with a view at the outdoor dining table, or relax in the comfortable lounge furniture. It offers peace and privacy along with a stunning long-range view of the Smokies. An exterior Bluetooth speaker system is already in place; simply connect your device, listen to your favorite tunes, and relax or while you are grilling steaks on the Blackstone 28" propane griddle.



As you head up the gorgeous floating staircase, you'll be greeted by a stunning cathedral-like landing with tall windows and a unique chandelier. Two king ensuite bedrooms flank either side of the landing, each with access to a deck and a large Smart TV. One of the decks features artificial turf. The ensuite baths offer the highest level of comfort and new technology, offering luxury beyond the norm, including a heated bidet. Each ensuite bathroom boasts its own coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee on their private decks.
