  • Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and actually see the mountains. RidgeLine Condo offers sweeping, unobstructed views of undeveloped mountain ridgelines from our top-floor vantage point. You get the feeling of being on top of the world, while still remaining just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park entrance, Ober Mountain, and Dollywood.

    We have completely upgraded this condo to be the ultimate, stress-free "basecamp" for families and hikers alike. After a day of exploring the Appalachian Trail, come back and unwind in the resort pools, or enjoy a drink on the balcony while taking in the view.

    To get these incredible views, you have to go up! Please be aware of the following to ensure this property is the right fit for your group:

    The Walk-Up: This condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator on site. You will need to climb three flights of stairs, which guarantees no upstairs neighbors and the best views in the complex.

    No Pets - Pets brought into the unit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
    No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
    Late check-out - Leaving after the designated checkout time will result an additional 1 night charge.

Perfect place for our family of 5 for our GSMNP vacation. We loved the pool and hot tubs after a day of hiking. The views were beautiful. The kitchen is small, but worked out fine. Communication with the host was great. It’s hard to describe the mountain road up until you’ve experienced it, but our car handled it ok.

The room itself was nice and had all the amenities that we needed. We were told the Christmas tree would still be up and I had told my family but it was not up. Also it only sleeps 6 comfortable not 7 my mother had to sleep on the couch so you might want to change that on your website. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our family has been coming to The Summit condos for 20 years and the views are always amazing. Condo was clean and had a lot of extra blankets and covers for us. It is a steep drive up the mountain but we have done it with anything from a Prius to a jeep. Great location, amazing patio views, and clean condo!

Our host communicated extremely well ahead of time and made sure we settled in well over the VRBO app. The view was beautiful, the space was excellent and very well stocked in the kitchen for cooking which is not the norm for places we've stayed. The home is well decorated and clean. Those booking should know (which we did) it's a third floor unit with no elevator and a good drive up the mountain on tighter roads at times. But for anyone who has no issues accommodating for that, this is a must book.

Great location!

We stayed a few nights to celebrate my son’s birthday and the location was perfect! We saw bears on multiple occasions, which was our goal! The condo is close to the main strip as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous view and great layout.

Took our family of 5 adults and 2 kids to Gatlinburg. It's a curvy drive up the mountain, but the view from the room was incredible. Loved the layout. Everyone was comfortable. They all want to go back.

The condo is exactly as advertised - the views in the pictures do not do it justice absolutely gorgeous at night overlooking the town.

Nice Stay/Great View

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was smooth and communication with the host was great. There was enough space for our family of 6 without feeling cramped and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Perfect location close to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober mountain and Pigeon Forge.

Good for the price

The room looks fantastic and super well kept in the photos, the views are fantastic! But the pics were slightly misleading and set up a higher expectation upon my arrival. We left one night early due to the bed being so uncomfortable but enjoyed our stay regardless.
