Great Smoky Lodge är en anmärkningsvärd, elegant timmerstuga med en verkligt spektakulär utsikt över Smoky Mountains. Denna eleganta stuga ligger i Gatlinburg, bara några minuter från alla attraktioner, shopping och god mat som området har att erbjuda.

Verandan har sex gungstolar och en verandegång där du kan sitta och njuta av den lugna tiden i bergen. En gasgrill tillhandahålls f��r den perfekta tillagningen.
Gå in i stugan i den rymliga öppen planlösning med vardagsrum, kök och matplats. Vardagsrummet har välvda tak, en plysch i bäddsoffa i skinn, fåtölj, kärlekssäte, en 72-tums platt-TV med en Blu-Ray-spelare, DVD-spelare, staplad sten spis, internet, WiFi och en stereo med en CD-spelare . Precis utanför vardagsrummet finns ett spel- / kortsbord, skrivbord och brädspel. På huvudnivån finns också ett komplett badrum med dusch. Köket är fullt utrustat med rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit, en ö med plats för fyra och matplatsen erbjuder ett stort samlingsbord med plats för sexton.

Däck på huvudnivån går längs kabinen och erbjuder tillräckligt med sittplatser, ett picknickbord, en eldstad och ett teleskop för när du vill få en närbild av det vilda livet i bergen.

Uppför trappan finns ett loft sittgrupp med bäddsoffa och stol där du kan koppla av. Det finns två sovrum på övre plan. Det första sovrummet har en king size-säng, byrå, garderob, 32 tums platt-TV, DVD-spelare, bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng, en dörr till ett privat däck och ett badrum med endast en dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng, byrå, garderob, 32 tums platt-TV med en DVD-spelare, bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och ett badrum med stort badkar och separat dusch.

Nere på nedre nivån hittar du ett stort spelrum med biljardbord, en pinballmaskin, två Crusin 'Exotica-racingspel eller flera spelarkader som underhåller dig. Det finns också en 32-tums platt-TV, bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng, tvättkabin med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett badrum med dusch och badkar precis utanför spelrummet. En dörr leder ut på undre däck med mer sittplatser och den lugnande badtunna där du kan koppla av och njuta av den spektakulära utsikten.

Det finns tre sovrum på den lägre nivån. Den första har en king size-säng, byrå, garderob, 32 tums platt-TV / DVD-spelare, bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och ett badrum med stort badkar och dusch. Den andra har en king size-säng, 32 tums platt-TV / DVD-spelare, byrå, garderob och en dörr till däck. Den tredje har 2 uppsättningar drottning våningssängar och en 32 tums platt-TV / DVD-spelare.

Very spacious cabin with a lot of unique outside features including hottub and outdoor fireplace! Beautiful views from porch. We enjoyed our trip and would certainly book this cabin again!

Perfect!

The cabin was perfectly located. We were less than 30 minutes from rafting, SMNP entrance, hiking, and Gatlinburg. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels were provided. The view was amazing and the outdoor fireplace…chef’s kiss. Perfect for a large group and plenty to do if you want to stay in. The bathrooms were all impressive and beds were comfortable.

Very comfortable for our group.

The cabin is lovely and the view is beautiful. Hurricane Helene disrupted our plans for visiting the national park, but there was plenty of space for the thirteen of us to hang out and socialize and play games. There were also quiet spaces available for anyone who wanted to read and work on a puzzle.

GREAT CABIN LOCATION WITH A GREAT VIEW

WILL DIFINITELY RENT AGAIN, BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE HOT WATER. THE WATER WAS LUKEWARM AND WOULD TURN COLD WHILE SHOWERING.

Beautiful

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our large family. It was very dusty and need some cleaning. The hot water was not working properly , it would get warm but not hot. I feel, the price we paid and all of the fees that we should have had hot water and a clean cabin. But other than that we loved it!

Nice but was not cleaned before arrival

The house was beautiful. The views were spectacular. But there was trash left from the previous tenants in the trash cans through out the house. Some of the counters had not been wiped down or cleaned. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the house. Had we have known we would've stopped and got some before driving up the mountain.

Great cabin, beautiful view.

Really nice experience, could have been more clean; found soda cans underneath sofas. We reported the first night that the entrance to the parking lot gate was open. When we tried to close it we found it was broken at the base. So we did not touch it.

45th Anniversary

We rented this home for our family to gather and celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The home was beautiful and spacious with incredible views. We enjoyed our time together in the home. The children enjoyed the video games. Both the inside and outside of the building could use some deep cleaning. If you are a neat/clean freak you would be uncomfortable in this home. Apparently the guests before us included multiple children who had air guns as there were air soft bullets in and under every piece of furniture in the house. They were a choking hazard for our infants and two year olds. If I owned and rented out this property I would use a different cleaning service!

Nice property, good location, needs TLC

We booked a week with our family of 16, which range from a six month old infant to 71 year old grandparents. The location was excellent being near Gatlinburg, but still providing fantastic views of the smoky mountains. Another plus was that it was out of the congested area. The check-in process was easy by simply following instructions, received by text. No, the property had been cleaned. It was obvious that a thorough cleaning had not been done in a long time. One fold out couch had a giant yellow stain on the mattress. Another couch was full of dog hair and we didn’t have enough sheets and pillow cases to cover the number of people we had. Property management was responsive to clean the dog hair and provide linens. In the front of the property on the hill, there was trash, including beer, cans, and wrappers that needs clean up. In summary a beautiful place that needs a little more care to up it’s game.

Very bad experience

I regret to express my extreme disappointment following a recent two-day stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, the persistently non-functional internet severely impacted my overall experience. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of your staff on multiple occasions, the problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. The lack of a reliable internet connection significantly disrupted both personal and professional aspects of my visit. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work and communication, the continuous downtime was not just an inconvenience but a major hindrance. This unfortunate experience has undoubtedly left a lasting negative impression on what was meant to be a brief and pleasant stay.

Overall this was a pleasant stay! Only a few minor issues. Would recommend

The location is beautiful! Not too far from everything but far enough to be at peace! The only issues we faced were dead bugs in the bathtubs and around the toilets; there was zero hot water on the top floor but a few minutes of hot water on the main and lower floors; and not really a sufficient amount of towels for a cabin that slept 22. Overall we really really did enjoy ourselves!

Overall great place to stay

House was in pretty good condition overall when we arrived. Floors could have been cleaner, and Cobb webs could have been removed but overall the house was great. It would be a better view if about 4 trees in back were trimmed down but that is just being picky. Overall great view and great house.

The view is beautiful

The location and view was beautiful. There was a grill with no propane the cabin was very dusty. There was no back tissue for the bathrooms and the ice maker did not work. Over all the stay was enjoyable and the cabin was beautiful.

Beautiful and spacious cabin

The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. The view is gorgeous! There were a few issues . The sleeper sofa was dirty , the air was set at 80 degrees and it was pretty warm outside and there were no towels . I have to say , as soon as I called to let them know the issues, they took care of it immediately. My family and I enjoyed the cabin and would definitely stay here again . I highly recommend it .

Good but not great

Our stay was good, but I wouldn’t say great. A couple issues we had with our cabin, the great Smoky lodge, the biggest was our water getting shut off for over 18 hours and the company not communicating with us what was going on. Along with this we had a bat flying around our cabin!! We received the wrong wifi password information. Also it was not being the cleanest, including lots of centipedes in the downstairs bathrooms. The fridge was leaking water, which the floorboards showed that had probably been happening for a while. The cabin worked for our big group but could have just been better. The company did make it right.

Property was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the family and the hot tub and game room were big hits with the kids.

Great Views

Nice cabin, good location and great views! Our only issue was with the wifi which is very slow and finally died. When the maintenance person came to work on it, he went outside and never returned without telling us. I spent all afternoon of my vacation sitting in the cabin waiting for him to return while my family was hiking. Later, I learned that he was not coming back - very very poor communication. Otherwise, a great stay!

Stuff that didn't work

Only thing I had a problem w was the tv in the living room not working and tv upstairs not working. The fire place outside on back porch didn't work either.
