The house was very beautiful and clean. It was easy to access and host kept us up to speed on how to access the property and leave. Beautiful views and accessibility out on the porches. The only 2 concerns were that the house address was not correct on Google maps and outside trash cans were too small and could have been emptied a couple times during our week long stay since bears were a concern,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family came together in Gatlinburg for a short stay and had a great time at this beautiful cabin! The cabin had everything we needed, other than being short on toilet paper for 14 guests (after running out the first night we learned we needed to get our own). It was also close to many things like Food City (we made several trips), downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood! We had a great time and it was a beautiful place to meet up with family for a long weekend.

Proactive communications from property management was great. Lots of space for 9 adults and gathering areas. Beautiful scenery & immediate area. Saw 2 bears in resort - no issues at all.

From the booking process until the end of our stay, we were informed on what to expect, check in / out process and given area information which was extremely helpful. The cabin was in a great location and had plenty of space for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and enough dishes making it easy to cook our meals. Kids loved the pool table and movie room. We would returned to this cabin in the future!

Reviewer Comments: Nice cabin lots of space, a little outdated but over a nice place Towels were a little rough only had hand soap in bathrooms 1 laundry soap 2 dishwasher soaps and a kitchen soap I’ve stayed in many air B and Bs have a lot more items and even a little welcome basket. It was a little dirty still had crumbs on floor from previous renter but overall it was a nice stay very very steep driveway

Overall great place to stay

Might consider updating some appliances and supplies like pots and pans and cleaning supplies (broom, etc.). The oven broke during our stay and we ended up not being able to use a lot of our groceries. Otherwise was a beautiful place.

Staff with Elk Springs called to make sure check in was good and let us know to call if we needed anything. We rent cabins a few times a year this has been the only place that has ever reached out to check on their guest. I thought that was a huge plus!

It was a wonderful experience! The cabin is beautiful and has amazing amenities! We enjoyed the hot tub, theater room, game room, and king size beds! The arcade wasn't working, but the resort called to check on us and when I mentioned it, a serviceman came and fixed it within the hour! We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone with a large group.

The hot tub got a lot of use as well as the game room. We did have a toilet leak but it was taken care of quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. I was worried about the stairs before we arrived, but they are wide and not steep.We had a great time.

A couple of minor issues (including ants in one bathroom) but maintenance came out same day & fixed. Floors were a bit dirty but everything else was great. Away from the traffic but convenient to both Gatlinburg & PF.
