Host awesome. Cabin good. Really need to address the indoor stairs. Two of our party slipped down them. One fell on the staircase into the playroom, the other down the main stairs. Several others slipped but saved the tailbone bruises. Very un level, slick polished boards-& they aren’t of equal height. The outdoor stairs into the unit have loose & missing tiles. Kitchen is good, dishwasher lower rack needs to be addressed. Great view, outdoor area is good. Dual Hot tubs are as advertised.

Unfortunately, the property is in need of repair. Landscape lighting was laying on the ground, rock wall was falling apart, exposed wiring on the outside, light bulbs missing from interior lighting, holes in walls, dishwasher did not work, beer cans in firepit.

We loved having enough king beds and plenty of bathrooms for our group of 20 guests. The cabin was very spacious and provided enough privacy for us to be out of each other's way. The outdoor space was great and very beatuiful and as promised we did see bears on 2 different days. On the last day, a family of 4 bears was right by the patio to send me on my way home lol. It was a beautiful place to get away from our normal routines for a while.

LOVED staying here! The view was incredible, and everything was clean. We stayed in the outdoor area almost the whole weekend because the weather was perfect. The hosts were prompt in communication and very pleasant to work with. We plan on staying here again in the future!

This is a great space for our bachelorette trip! The outdoor space was perfect and we loved having the basement to hangout and play games! Quick 10 min drive to downtown gaitlinburg it was in the best location! I would say the only con would be that there’s lots of spider webs, bugs, etc like it doesn’t get deep cleaned? And probably could benefit from some toilet paper holders lol

Loved it! There really was no check in process. We got the code for the door and walked in! I was kind of surprised that a house that sleeps 24 would only have a 2 slot toaster. But there was plenty of everything else!

We had a great family vacation at Lisa’s place. The property was wonderful, perched on top of the hills and provided the perfect amount of space for the 12 of us to spread out. Morning coffee watching the sunrise over the hills became a daily ritual along with evening fires making Smores. Lisa’s tips about being cautious due to the presence of bears should be taken seriously. We saw bears almost daily and honestly, it became one of the highlights of the trip. Getting into downtown Gatlinburg was an easy drive down the hill and there were so many things to do within a short drive. Would definitely return.

Communication was not really clear on what we had to provide. Such as toilet paper and trashbags. It was not clear how far away the pool was. One of the arcade games didn't work completely. We enjoyed the house the hot tubs, pool table and the home movie room. The view was wonderful. We took hikes saw a lot of bears a couple very close to the house.

This is a gorgeous home with incredible views. Our family was very comfortable here. The drive up isn't too bad, the roads are paved and wide enough. There's plenty of room inside and outside.

Amazing home, clean, beautiful views, plenty of space for all 10 of us, and very close to multiple outdoor pools. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit, pool table and large kitchen. The entire place is a perfect vacay space for a larger group and we are hoping to make it back here next year!

50th Anniversary Trip

Wonderful property convenient to the National Park and downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for our group of 19 with great amenities. The owner was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Excellent trip!

Family Reunion

Awesome communication with the host. She was responsive to our needs. There was not enough basic starters like salt and pepper, dish soap, etc. Lots of warnings about bears and they were true. Great location: close to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Smoky Mountain National Park. It was a great vacation for my family which included kids and grandkids.

Gorgeous view

Beautiful house with an amazing view that faces the sunrise every morning. Spacious rooms and kitchen with a nice outdoor patio. It was great for our group of 3 families. Prompt communication from Lisa, property manager. Would recommend a deep clean of the house or house shoes (floor turned bottoms of socks black). Also be prepared to bring essentials- trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap, coffee, spices (we had to buy all of them). Walmart does deliver to this property which was a win because local grocery stores charge more for their products.Overall a great place to stay with Gatlinburg just a 15 min drive down the mountain.

Parents’ 50th Anniversary

We loved everything about our stay. The property was perfect! My rough and tough 67year old father was moved to tear with how wonderful the house was that went rented to celebrate them.

Incredible home for groups!

We stayed for a week while attending a dance competition and the house was absolutely perfect! Location to the convention center was great, the home was perfectly laid out for all 4 families to have their own space and the common areas were cozy for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone hosting a large group!

Comfortable

Its comfortable cute fun amazing views 8 minutes away from downtown host amazing but the bedsheets had hair the blankets also had hair the coffee maker had dust as well as other places overall good but just the cleaning should be better

Mountaintop Experience

This is a big, beautiful mountainside house. The bottom floor has great amenities and an extra refrigerator that was beneficial with 14 people. The gaming tables (pool, air hockey, Skee ball, card table. The hot tubs both worked and were very comfortable.The Entry floor has two separate living rooms. The kitchen is the best kitchen we have ever had in one of our vacation family rentals. Everything worked, plenty of pots, pans, strainers, cooking utensils. Really made life easy. The two decks one was screened one was not screened but they were very nice as well. All the outdoor furniture is very nice. The outdoor area where the firepit, dining table and 84" tv is beautiful. What a view when sitting out there. I highly suggest you contact a local company to drop a cord of wood off if you are staying for a week. We really enjoyed this area. The roads have a lot of sharp turns and are narrow. We had enough people who were comfortable driving in those conditions but just be prepared. We actually bought enough food so if we were snow bound, we wouldn't have to leave.The last thing is the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, with the number of TVs and thermostats, not to mention 14 people and their devices it caused some viewing issues in the beautiful movie room on the bottom floor. Several times we tried to get that area working to no avail. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing home and views

Decided to choose this cabin for a family reunion and it was the best decision we ever made breathtaking views and a beautiful home made this trip well worth it and we will definitely come again
