Denna stuga kan rymma upp till 22 gäster. Den har tre nivåer med extra stora omhöljda täckta verandor, är avskilt och underbar inifrån och ut!

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga måltider och minnen inklusive 2 spisar och 2 kylskåp! Den bubbelpool med 12 personer på nedre däck är perfekt för kyliga bergsnätter, samlas med vänner eller koppla av efter en rolig, händelserik dag. På övervåningen finns 4 king size-sovrum med privata badrum, 1 halv badrum i korridoren och en sittgrupp (veck ut soffa) för underhållning med en promenaddäck / balkong med utsikt över de vackra Smoky Mountains.

Den lägre nivån erbjuder 4 extra sovrum med king size-säng med privata badrum, ett halvt badrum i hallen och biljardbord / spelområde med TV i det gemensamma utrymmet för extra underhållning.
Denna stuga ligger bara några minuter från centrala Gatlinburg och enkel tillgång till Pigeon Forge. Host was not accomodating, hard to reach, did not respond well. Amenities were not as listed. Listing show amoires and there was only one storage rack for each room, one of us had to put our suitcase on the floor, not ideal for the money you pay. The hot tub jets were not working, it was like a hot bath tub. I called to let them know on Friday morning and I was told a part was going to have to be ordered so I would not have an acutal working hot tub. The cost of the cabin was alot and we looked specifically for a cabin with a hot tub only to have it not working. I was told they were not informed by the cleaners it was not working. I spoke with who I assume is the owner and she did not offer an apology nor a partial refund. And to be honest, the cabin is very underwhelming with a lot of delayed maintenance. DIning room and living room were able to accomodate our party of 14 and the views are stunning! If you are a clean person, you will not enjoy this cabin, we had to clean out the washing machine before we could use it, there was black stuff all around it. Dishes, mainly pots were dirty coming out of the cabinet. I would not recommend this cabin.

We had the following issues during our stay at Majestic Views Retreat. Some of these were safety concerns that we feel should have been addressed before we arrived:Missing spindle and several other spindles that were not attached properly on the 3rd floor deck - this was our most urgent concern due to the safety of the children. This could have been a very tragic situation as one of the children could have fallen through this from the 3rd floor. We feel this was very negligent given the fact that our reservation specifically indicated smaller children were part of our group.Leak from the upstairs bath over the fireplace which posed an electrical hazard. We've read one other review with this same complaint, so we're convinced your property manager was aware of the issue before we arrivedSeveral doors were either hard to open or close - the main door onto the back deck became more difficult to lock as the week progressed to the point we were not able to lock it by the last few days - again, another safety concernMost of the bathrooms showed evidence of water damage around the shower/bath trim leaving a black, mold residuePart of the baseboard was missing in the bathroom for room 7The dryer did not work properly - one of our daughters had to dry their load of clothes 5 times in order for them to dry.The laundry room light worked intermittentlyOne of the video games that the kids were looking forward to playing did not work In general, the property looked unkept

The home itself is generally a nice house. Plenty of space. The issue we had was mostly the lack of commmnication. We had an issue with the plumbing when someone showered the water dripped through the floor/ceiling on to the tv and fireplace. We called /texted/emailed and never got a real response. Hot tub was hot but there was no spa to it. If the jets aren’t bubbling then you are just in a bath tub. The lighting is all LED but there were missing bulbs in several fixtures and the bulbs were all different colors tones so your go from warm white to bright white and get blinded as you walk by. A couple of the showers had visible water damage. I’d be worried about future mold. Any of my opinions could have easily been changed and reassured if any form of contact outside of the canned welcome and enjoy your stay emails. I got more help with how to leave a 5 star review. Very disappointed in not being able to enjoy the video game and spa properly. We did not get what we were promised. Also who tells their guests to leave the linens on the bed. That makes me feel like you reuse bed sheets without washing.

We had a fabulous time. We celebrated our 60th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were fantastic. Everyone commented on how nice their rooms and bathrooms were.Thank you for your quick response to our needs. I would recommend it to anyone.

Poor communication

I reached out about the hot tub not getting hot. They responded once and never again after me having to reach out again and still nothing. Which was VERY disappointing because this was one of the main reasons we selected this cabin. The hot tub did not get hot and only one jet worked. This is where I planned to spend most of my time and was not able to utilize it. There should have been some note that the hot tub did not work and I would’ve have picked another location.

Cabin was very clean and description almost as described,only thing was we never got the cable tv to work and games in game room also weren't working but it didn't really matter we really enjoyed the views of the mountains

New Year with family

Enjoyed our stay because entire family was together. The cabin needs some updating and actually some tlc wouldn’t hurt. We needed maintenance there for a few problems, however they were pretty prompt when called. I must say that the view from back deck is spectacular. The snow covered peaks on our last day there made it even better.

Enjoyed the Cabin

We had family from several different states meet at this cabin for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful cabin up the mountain, with nice views on the deck of the woods and mountains. We had a Momma Bear and three cubs visit one evening which all guests were absolutely stunned and a memory of lifetime. Highly recommended this place for a large group.

Family Christmas Gathering

Perfect layout for our family; 8 bedrooms with king beds and private baths were great; kitchen adequate with 2 stoves and 2 frig/freezer (missing a wine opener); narrow winding road to spectacular view of the mountains (not good if it snows); porch around entire house was wonderful. Need to update directions to cabin in case GPS does not work; GPS worked for us but we would have had difficulty with directions given.

Space for everyone

We had a party of 11, there was so much room for everyone! Seating inside and out, a larger sized hot tub, and a bedroom for all couples and singles, with extra couch pull outs if needed. Really enjoyed our stay here, it was a simple process and so beautiful! Would recommend to anyone.

Spacious facility with gorgeous view

We loved the space, the 8 BRs with on suite bathrooms, the long DR table, the large meeting area and the view. But there are maintenance issues that need to be attended to. The floors were not clean, but other cleanliness was good. Only 1 of the grills worked. Neither the gas fireplace, nor the hot tub worked.

Plenty of Room

Cleaners were still there at 1645. Property has a lot of trash and beer cans in the woods, kitchen drawers do not stay closed, most of the TVs would not pick up anything, the dishwasher racks are broke, when you run certain showers they whistle loudly in other rooms. Good things though: 8 king bedrooms with their own baths and plenty of room. This could be a beautiful property if a little time and money were invested in it.
