When you drive up to Misty Hollow, you will be pleased to discover its spacious paved parking area out front that makes it so convenient to unload your car. Walk through the front door and you will be greeted by a large living room full of windows and natural light. A stacked-stone fireplace and two comfy couches await you. Settle in and watch your large flat-screen TV complete with Blu-Ray player. Beautiful wood planked floors and cathedral ceilings make this room a wonderful and welcoming space that you are sure to spend many hours making memories with your family.

Walk through the sliding glass door out on to your large private deck where you will have a beautiful view of the nature scape that surrounds the cabin. This is also where you will find your large bubbling hot tub. After a day of hiking or enjoying the local attractions, this hot tub will be just what your body needs to soothe those aching muscles. The back deck also features plenty of chairs and a table making it the perfect place where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you take in the soothing sounds of nature.

If you are not in the mood to cook while on vacation, then you certainly shouldn’t. There are over 60 excellent restaurants in and around Gatlinburg all within a 10-minute drive that would love to have you visit. However, if you would like to cook in your mountain home, Misty Hollow provides a fully equipped kitchen with all of the serving ware, appliances and cookware you will need to prepare an unforgettable meal for your family. Just pick up the ingredients at the local supermarket. There’s also a market near Misty Hollow where you can pickup firewood and even a yummy pizza and enjoy a crackling fire in the living room’s fireplace for the ideal cozy night in. The front deck also hosts a charcoal smoker grill that is perfect for grilling up burgers or steaks. Everything tastes better when cooked in the fresh mountain air. Let’s not forget about your large dinning table only steps from the kitchen making for easy serving. Large windows around the dinning room table also allow you to gaze out on the forrest while you dine.

There is a bedroom and a bathroom on each of the three floors of Misty Hollow allowing for plenty of space for everyone to stretch out comfortably. On the lower floor, you’ll find a queen-size bed with its own private bathroom featuring a granite-top vanity and a shower/tub combination. The lower floor also has queen-size futon couch, several comfy loveseats, pool table and a large TV with Blu-ray player ideal for a family movie night. If your family is traveling with a baby, you will be relieved to know that Misty Hollow has a Pack-N-Play for your convenience. The lower floor is also where you will find the cabin’s laundry room complete with a stacked washer/dryer unit as well as iron and ironing board. You can simply just toss in a load of clothes and get back to all of the fun.

On the main floor, you will also find the second bedroom. This bedroom features a spacious layout with king-sized bed, large windows and closet storage. There is also a TV for late night viewing, a granite-top vanity and a bathroom featuring a large luxurious stone walk-in shower complete with overhead rainfall shower-head.

Upstairs hosts Misty Hollow’s master suite and what a peaceful retreat it is. Settle into your spacious and comfy king-sized bed and watch a little TV. Or simply gaze out through your sliding glass door that leads you to your very own private deck. What a joy it is to slip out and listen to the birds singing each morning. This master suit will also treat you to a large jetted Jacuzzi tub complete with large picture window featuring the very best views this cabin has to offer. Our cabin is part of the Chalet Village HOA which gives our guests unique access to three separate club houses each with a full size swimming pool and kiddy pools, Two of the club houses have tennis courts and game rooms with pool, Foosball and ping pong. The South clubhouse has just updated a new fitness area. Ober Mountain, about 3 miles from the cabin is also located at the top of Chalet Village. There are kiddie rides and ice skating inside during the summer and tubing and skiing in the winter months. Plus, you can now enjoy Ober Mountain’s newly opened Mountain Biking area.
