This place was advertised as a "VILLA". It is a single wide mobile home in a dump trailer park. I took pictures. We did not stay there. We did get the code to walk in and the place smelled like dog urine. I called the owner from the number that was provided to ask for the door code as I had not received anything from her. She came around the corner in a rage on her ATV. We explained to her that we were not staying there. She replied that "We are too good to stay in a trailer and that a "Villa was classified as anything that had a slanted roof"by VRBO. She also said she had had problems like this before and that her nightly rate was fully earned. I told her I would see about that. There were other words exchanged with this lady. I had texted her as well and advised her I was taking pictures of the rusted wrecked truck that was in the lower yard with a garage building that was falling down. I also took a picture of the doublewide across the street. The front porch awning had fallen down, there was an old truck that wasn't running in frount of the house with the grass grown up. She replied to my text that we weren't staying across the street.In the narative about the things to do nearby that were in walking distance. She had shown a waterfall, restaurants and shopping. The waterfall was miles away. The town of Bryson City was over 2 miles away.We left and drove to Asheville. It was an experience like no other I had ever had.
