The condo is appointed with the following amenities listed below.
-King size bed with luxury memory foam mattress
-Queen sized sofa pull-out bed with memory gel mattress (**suitable for smaller children)
-Kitchenette with full stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker; perfect for pizza, snacks, and other light meals!
-Seasonal Gas Fireplace available during cooler months
-Private Balcony overlooking pool
-55" Smart TV in main living area with cable TV (enabled for Netflix, Prime and other smart TV apps using guest's personal account)
-Keurig Coffee Maker

My daughter and I had an awesome stay at “A Simple Retreat”! The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. It was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved having the pool after hiking and shopping.

This property was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. Communication with host was timely and responsive. There are so many things I loved about this property but, my favorites were the clean pool, the privacy of the balcony and the king bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced

Convenient & Cozy

We had such a great stay, this condo was so comfortable and cozy, just as listed. You can’t beat the convenience to Gatlinburg, we will definitely book again for a quick getaway!

The perfect getaway!

The place was just as advertised! It was located in Gatlinburg just a short stroll down to all the shops and restaurants. It was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. We had a great visit!

Truly enjoyed staying here!

Property is 13 min walk to Gatlinburg downtown, there’s no need to use car (if you enjoy walking and avoiding traffic) easy to move everywhere and pretty quiet property, very affordable place , with no doubt we could rent this place again.

Comfortable stay

Very relaxing cozy condo. Slept great! The walk down to the strip was ok but returning is uphill and flight of steps back up to condo was challenging and we are fit! Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Close to the Action

The condo was a bit small but clean and very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. We had a very minor issue but the owners responded immediately. The also gave us a great recommnendation for breakfast. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Such a wonderful little place. Extremely close to downtown. Very cozy and comfortable, hosts where great to deal with. The bed is extremely comfortable although I would suggest to bring your own pillow because I personally found it difficult to get adjusted to theirs (not enough fluff in the pillows for my liking).

Gatlinburg Stay

Great location, only about a 10min walk to the main downtown strip. We were in town to visit the National Park and this was a great "home base" for us. Very comfy bed as well! We thought we had to print a parking pass which was a bit tricky in downtown Gatlinburg - but there were two passes when we arrived waiting for us in the unit.

Just far enough off the busy downtown

We enjoyed being near downtown -- but loved being able to end the day feeling far enough away from the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was refreshing and felt semi-private. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

While the condo is a little older it is in good shape. Clean. In town but walk to Parkway is longer than expected. Definitely would stay again.

Would stay again!

The location was great! Close to the Parkway, but far enough away that there was no noise. Loved not having to pay for parking as we walked to most places. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and shower/water pressure good! While the space is slightly cramped, we would definitely stay here again.
