Amazing spot in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The resort is wonderful with great amenities and close to everything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The site was paved and very level. Full hookups all worked great, however, water pressure was a little lower than we like. Site was clean and well maintained. Easy check in with good communication from host. Only 2 issues we had were 1) the noise from the nearby roadway was very loud and could be heard basically 24/7 and 2) the free WiFi from the property was terrible and unusable. We loved the community vibe though and walking the property was very pleasant. They have a library and full laundry mat on-site. The pool was closed but looked nice and well kept. There is a free mini-golf course as well.
