The 1st room wasn't as advertised which wouldn't have been a big deal but the door basically didn't work to get in the 1st time it took a few minutes but I thought it was just a newly programmed key card so we got in loaded out stuff into the room left to grab sometime from the store came back and it took even more tries to get into the room like close to 5 minutes the person I was with stayed in the room then in the cold i walked to the office. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed but gave me new key cards I went back to the room and it still had the same problem went back to the front desk told her she said just pull up and not down it will work fine. I then recorded myself trying to get into the room and showed that up or down didnt matter the door didn't want to open at that point she said well I guess I'll have to change you room she then changed us to a room that was like the one that was advertised but then we woke up to no hot water at all. The shower had cold water, the hot tub, and both sinks all ice cold water. When we checked out the guy at the desk asked how was the stay and I told him all of this and he seemed shocked wrote sometime down in a notebook and said "well sorry about that"
