Location GREAT! Everything else no so much.

Loved the location! Was the last place on a quiet dead end road at the first part of town. It is so peaceful listing to the river on the balcony. The location is the only reason I gave this place 2 stars compared to 1. Overall the condo needs a face lift. Definitely needs a power washing and a new coat of paint. Inside everything is dated or has been half-arsed if it was attempted to be renovated. The place looked like it was cleaned by a 13 year old, looked “clean” at first but once you look at the details it was all dirty! Nothing has been dusted for months, dust bunnies all over the floors and spider webs in every corner. To save everyone I am no going to describe the bathroom. If this place gets properly renovated in/outside this will be a great place, but until then no so much.

The most beautiful property!!

The parking was odd at first, but we got more confident with it and it was fine. The location is gorgeous and I kept my window cracked to hear the rushing sounds of the river. The condo itself is beautiful, accommodating, and clean. The owner was easy to contact and super friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Great stay

Property manager was quick to respond. They even brought us a blender to use because there wasn’t one. The location is a little farther than I thought from downtown but we had a blast and enjoyed our stay very much.

Getting away

The place was great. The outside was older looking but the inside looked great. Up to date, clean, had everything we needed, comfortable and fantastic view of the creek. Was nice to sit outside and drink coffee and listen to the water.

Unsatisfied expectations

Pictures of location is misleading. We were under upsomtion that property was located in downtown area. Rooms were hard to warm. TV controllers were not all working and had to figure out what controller would work main tv. There were no extra bags for garbage. Ramp is to steep to walk up. We were very unsatisfied with this location

Awesome weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed three wonderful nights in this condo. The condo is exactly like the pictures and very clean! We will definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Great for our little family

Overall the location worked great for us. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with our 2 year old. It's located at a dead end just off the main drag. This allowed us to let our son burn a little energy outside without too much concern about traffic. It has a great view and secluded feel while still being close to everything.

Awesome

highly recommend this place. It was so homey and clean! Loved the water out back. Very easy to get ahold of someone. We had an issue when we pulled up, the power was out. One of the people that live there was confused as well. They gave me a phone number and I called the owners to let them know. Within 10 mins the power company was out there and fixed the issue! Enjoyed this stay very much!

Jump off for hiking in the Smoky Mountains

My sister and I were hiking each day in the Smoky Mountains and this condo was the perfect retreat us. It was easy to get into the park from here and the condo had everything we needed. Loved relaxing on that porch with the sound of the river!

Cozy condo with a cabin feel

Listing was just as expected; clean, great view, and close enough to Gatlinburg without hearing the traffic. Condo was at the end of the street and very quiet. We'd definitely stay there again.

Unit was very nice. Only critique would be:. 1. The stairs up to the unit are sketchy and need repair. 2. It's hard to hear the stream because of the road noise. 3. We were there during Dorian and couldn't get current weather updates due to the type of tv service in the unit.
