Lovely cabin

It was clean and in a great area not too far but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Only quibble is the description lists the main bed as a queen, but it's smaller than the bunk bed mattresses which are also listed as queen. Other than that, would definitely recommend this cabin to small families!

We captured lot of good memories, and my kids enjoyed the Hot tub and Billiards table upstairs. Property management company was in touch right from the beginning and addressed the issue we had very promptly.

Tucked Inn was exactly as promised-We used the hot tub and fireplace daily!

Check in was easy. management was responsive to some minor issues with sink leaking and microwave malfunctioning and they answered our texts immediately- all these minor things were fixed lickety split! Loved having a washer-dryer in unit for our hiking clothes and hot tub and fireplace were perfect for the below expected temps!

Each was unique with a common rustic flair. Each lot was rather narrow and parking was a little congested - with most cabins offering only a small asphault apron to park on.

The sofa bed was not really usable as springs were coming through but otherwise the cabin was nice. It could use a good spring cleaning though as the blinds and some corners were quite dirty but for the amount of time we were actually in the cabin it totally suited our needs! We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: My stay was very pleasant my favorite was the heart hot tub it was everything I expected if I can change anything I would put curtains in the living room or blinds only because I am not use to not having blinds in a open space and have the trash pick up more often because even when you give it up it still atrack the animals because after 2 or 3 days all trash will smell other that it still was nice me and my family enjoyed ourselves the view was amazing Dan was awsome to work with 5 stars Elks Springs

The only reasons for not getting a 5 star was that there were no pots to cook with and the gas grill doesn't work properly. It only has a small yellow flame that heats the front of the grill. I'm sure the element inside can be replaced and it function to cook normally. Everything else was on point.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is so cute and was the perfect size for our family 4! The queen size bunks upstairs were perfect for our teenagers. They absolutely loved the pool table and the hot tub was amazing and a hit for the hubby! Location was amazing, out of the hustle and bustle of it all and only about 25 min to everything, no matter if you wanted to go to Pigion Forge or Gatlinburg, many days we went to both!! We stayed the last week of March and it was the perfect time, it was not to crowed any where we went and never waited! The cabin was clean, well stocked with all kitchen items we needed to make breakfast!! It is bright and the couches are comfy!! I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best experiences my Husband and I had and we're glad it was with Elk Springs. This was our first time using this company and the communication was great and helpful in answering questions and concerns. The lock on the door was a task to conquer but we got it (smile).The location was less than 5-7 minutes from ("downtown") entertainment and restaurants. If you're looking for a mountain veiw while sitting on the porch this cabin doesn't offer that view but the location everything else about the cabin made it a great stay. We'll be back next year!!
