CONVENIENCES FOR YOUR STAY
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. A starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets helps you settle in. Two parking passes are included, and concierge services can be arranged by contacting your hosts.

    •    Tampering with security devices, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in immediate cancellation with no refund

    •    No smoking or vaping (inside unit, balconies, or within 25 feet of the building)
    •    No over-occupancy — exceeding 6 guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund
    •    Travel insurance is strongly recommended
    •    No refunds for weather, power outages, amenity interruptions, or chargebacks

Bears and wildlife are common in the area.
    •    Keep doors, windows, and vehicles locked at all times
    •    Do not leave food outside or unattended
    •    Do NOT feed or approach bears
    •    Any violations will result in immediate cancellation, removal from the property, and notification of authorities
