The cabin was nicely laid out and a great location to get to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge fairly quick, I’d have to say we were very disappointed in the fact we had to wait an hour after our given check in time with a car full of groceries that we scheduled a pickup for ,on the way to cabin. Also we booked this particular cabin partially for the game room with our 3 kids and we had no air hockey pucks, broken pool sticks, and the projector TV that was advertised that did not work. We enjoyed our time there but what was advertised/expected was not what we got: 3/5 experience in my opinion compared to previous cabin rentals

Very disappointing stay. The cabin is not isolated as the listing suggests—it’s surrounded by many other cabins.There were numerous maintenance issues: the washing machine was unusable because it contained clothes and standing water, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, a kitchen cabinet was broken, there was a water leak into the downstairs bedroom, and several kitchen and bathroom fixtures didn’t work properly.The listing also advertised amenities such as a pool table, arcade console, and projector, but some were missing or not working. It felt like a bait-and-switch. After seeing the overall condition of the property, we didn’t feel comfortable using the hot tub.The front porch was heavily infested with wood-boring bees, making it unpleasant to sit outside. The only highlight was seeing bears nearby, which the kids enjoyed.Most frustrating was that none of our concerns were resolved. The responses through VRBO felt automated rather than helpful. We drove nine hours to spend quality time with family and friends, but the trip turned into a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The space was very spacious for our 11 people. Our kids had to much fun with the games and the ability to run around with the space. The cabin was in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg making it easy to get to both. Almost all restaurants delivered there or were within a 10-30min drive from your stay. The host was very polite and fast at replying if anything was needed.
